How much does it cost..
Hey so once fully healed you can live your life in the sun as normal providing your wear sun cream and/or a hat?
Hey so SMP won’t fade at all in the sun? I live in Florida. I get worried about being in the sun too long with it so I’ll throw on a hat.. I’m completely healed.. been about 2 years
Is it true after smp you can't spend long term in the sun, I mean not right after but when you have healed

Can i put aloe vera moisturizer after 4 days of my final session? And how should i apply it?
Aloha Keith, absolutely you can. In case you still have small healing scabs, I would pat it on carefully with clean fingers, don't rub or you risk exfoliating the scabs.
Can you go to beach with smp after its heal?
Aloha! Yes, you absolutely can! You can do all the things you do now after it is healed! Hiking, lifting, swimming, fishing, surfing, anything!

When you say "stay out of the sun" you mean like, going to the beach, right? Or should I be paranoid about something like running out to my mailbox?
No, long term sun exposure. Lotta surfers here.

Yes, you can, but don't oversaturate. Just a bit on the tips of your fingers and gently tap it into youur scalp, don't rub!

If I'm a cyclist can i have the smp?
I've not cut my hair yet as it feels but scabby only just wash my hair after 6 days is that ok not sure on what cream to put on though inn in England. Good video thank you

Yes, that is completely fine. Don't worry about your scabs at day 6. Your head is healed over. Just don't overexfoliate with a loofah or scratchy body wash, and you'll be fine.
Aquaphor is great, but you can also use common household oils like olive or coconut.

@@YAMAStudios Can one EVER exfoliate after having SMP?
@@ayokay123 absolutely! My advice would be to exfoliate again 3-4 weeks after the final SMP session. The only thing you can really do to 'mess' with SMP is get a lot of UV exposure. The sun is not friendly to SMP and will fade it faster than normal.
