Does Scalp Micropigmentation Fade?
Yes, SMP does fade and you'll probably need a touch-up after a few years.
Scalp Micropigmentation lasts about 5-10 years. How long it lasts depends on metabolism, lifestyle, and sun exposure. UV exposure is the biggest contributor to fading in any type of tattoo, including scalp micropigmentation.

However one more question I have done micropigmentation touch up that i didnt like one side have straight line that is very visible was not blended properly
I want to fade more as the collor tone is too dark
Is there any way appart of sun exposure to fade it faster
