So, do you rinse off after 20 mins or directly blow dry and hot iron? The bottle says to rinse product off but this video shows that you blow dry directly after 20 mins. Please advise.
After the 20 minutes... To blowdry in order to use the straightener.. You can leave it for 3 days then you wash it with the keratin shampoo post - treatment
@@carmenmuniz6490 I bought the formaldehyde free one and you wash it out first. I am now looking into buying the one with formaldehyde and it appears, based on the products flow chart, that you do NOT wash this one out. The formaldehyde one didn't really work
This product will make your scalp shed hair real bad after four months even with the shampoo I do not recommend it and I have thrown out their products
We use this product and work excelent.... I have many friends using keragen in their salón for Years.. And no problems... Depends in the way you apply it

It was probably something on your end that made your hair fall out. You probably applied it directly to your scalp, or something else.
