There was a Barra found last year floating lake Awoonga on the surface that was measured at 143cm 46.5kg it had only been dead for less than 24 hours but any Barra over a metre is something special such a good feeling when they hit the deck and then watch them swim away
Well done on that Barra mate. What an amazing fish. Took me 35 years living in FNQ to crack the metre haha. Didn't even know they ventured that far south 😅👌 Bloody awesome.
