The previous owner of the house we just bought was a woodworker. The shed is left intact as a workshop. If I ever needed a reason to learn the craft, this would be it. Suuuuper cool.

You could get a great gun safe for that price. I think the depth is a giveaway on that end table. The drawer is too small for it's length.
I mean yeah it's a bit pricey but your furniture from Walmart isn't solid fuxkin oak all the way around.

I have an antique roll top desk that has hidden compartments. Very useful as you demonstrated. Hide guns are essential to depth in your defenses.
The only other downside is that it’s $1650 which puts it out of range for the average person but I understand it is a good quality piece an heirloom piece that you can pass on if you take good care of it.
For $1650, the thieves might just steal the end table and leave the other junk behind

I purchased some of this furniture for my brother-in-law and when his home got broken into while they were on vacation, all his stuff was still hidden but his almost empty gun safe was gone. I highly recommend this for guns and other valuables.
I’ve been trying to find a dresser with that same function I’m curious if they would have something like that I’ll have to take a look

I'd find a rectangular tin can or something mouse proof for the cash. One of my stashes got made into a nest a few years ago. Thrift stores usually have lots of those cans with lids .

ONE problem is a professional will want to pull drawers all the way out and turn them upside down to see what is taped on the bottoms. When the drawers will not come out it is time to get the crowbar into play.

I just came to watch and get the basic idea and see if i could build my own fancy night stand. LOL.
I need to work on hiding guns. No kids here, so I have a tendency to just leave loaded guns laying around; DA/SA handguns and pump shotguns. The dogs and cats have not managed to fire any yet, but never trust cats!

I make Concealment Furniture. I would love to get your opinion on what you think. I was one who couldn't afford them because they were so expensive, so I made my own.
Now that everyone has looked at this, it's not a secret anymore.
Go to any local furniture maker, and you can get this made for less than $500, vs paying over $1600 for this one...

"These are solid pine inside" as he shows a curly maple (MUCH more valuable than pine) drawer side.
It is a nice quality item that has some interesting features. But, for it's price it is well out of reach of the general public considering it's only security feature is hidden in plain sight. For far far less money you could build a false wall in closest or floor with 10x the storage capacity, same level of security and still have money left over. Always nice to see these items but unlikely to be sold in huge numbers to the public.

I see the top two drawrs come out to the point you can see the back of the drawer. Then the bottom didn't.
Wonder if you flip the track tabs and pull the second drawer out... you can see down into the third drawer?
Could you see the vertical shelf in the back behind the drawer? Or is it walled off?

Im not sure but it looks like the light hits the hidden portion differently, like you can see a line on the top. Look at 2:38 in the video, the back of the dresser looks like it has darker wood.

Very nice but at least you got in some product placements for olight torches and classic arms to help pay for it.
One downside is they can pick it up and walk out with it. And they also have a $1600 piece of furniture after they get your Valuables out.
You have a German Shepard as head of security. I have a 7 pound Chihuahua in charge of security. Germans have defeated in twice in combat. No one has heard of a Chihuahua being defeated in combat. So I win.

A good gun safe should be conspicuous and hard enough to get into so that it wastes most of the time the thieves have before the cops get there.
