Oh my gosh Carmen… Are we the same person?! I feel this on such a heavy level. As a young gay woman with a service dog who went to school for marketing and is currently running 12 accounts on social media I FEEEEEEEL THIS!!!! This video has helped me a lot it has helped me feel less alone and helped me realize I need to reward myself and remind myself that I am doing enough, I am enough so thank you for posting this and being honest with your audience!

You are more than enough and you’re likely doing way way way more than enough running so many accounts - I feel you and I see you and all the hard work you continue to put out there and show! I’m so glad this video Resonated with you! Cheers to trying to manage social media as a job xD it’s hectic!

Hi, there young lady. I too had to deal with burnout. I'm 67 years old, just received my Bachelors of Arts degree in Digital Photography. I decided to walk, with my Service Dog Bear. We had to fly to New Hampshire and it was Bear's first time. Now that was an adventure. We walked together to receive my degree. The flight home was a little better. Oh by the way Bear is a German Shepherd 105 pounds. He's my Mobility/PTSD/TBI. I'm a disabled Vietnam Era female Navy veteran. I had to take a break from a lot because I hit that wall. I even stopped looking at my camera. Now I'm at a point where if it gets done that's cool, if not we'll there's always tomorrow. Bear is my lifeline. He turns 4 this year. We are going to Disney. Keep your head up. Stay in contact 👵🏾🐕‍🦺
