Hey, i have some questions, So I should be getting a service dog prospect soon, and I have some questions about training. When do you teach it to leave food, like do you do it first or just whenever, if you do it whenever then like how would you teach it other tricks/tasks? Wouldn't they leave the treat or food alone?

If you aren't educated on getting a puppy or training it, it won't be a good idea to get a puppy and be like "Okay, what now." I would recommend you watch "What to do with your puppy first, when you get it" videos. Best Idea to you is to not get the dog and learn how to train those things first. Leaving food is an impulse game you can start teaching when the puppy is eating, having them waiting for their food OR you can hold your hand out with a treat enclosed in your hand, then close your hand allow the puppy to explore, wait till the puppy's given up or stop interacting with your hand, say your marker word and reward the puppy. They say in puppy training timing is always venture you have a one second delivery window to deliver the treat once the puppy has preformed the behavior. This all goes down with you.
Task are something you don't worry about until the puppy's got a basic clear understanding of basic obedience, all just runs down on what type of service animal your training, if your training guide work, you can start target training as soon as 3 months if that's something you want to

The white and brown puppy is a Rough Collie, it still has puppy fuzz. When it is an adult, it will have thick long hair.

I don’t have anyone around me or friends that can go training with me as I only have one and it’s college and working for her. Do you think you would be able to have you and your friends do zoom training at home for us that have no one?

Hello, I would appreciate some advice. My Medical Alert Dog, Saber, is a very protective European Blue Doberman. An incident occurred where 3 little dogs attacked me. Since then he has small dog aggression. Luckily I have never ran into another Service Dog, small town, in public. Any suggestions on how to change this behavior?

I personally think purposefully putting him in situations with small calm dogs and working him at a distance would be good. Gradually up how close you are and the interactions. It's about confidence building.
