Chef Harpal Singh ji Pranam 🙏🏼🙏🏼, I made this paratha using broccoli leaves and it turned out well. For lunch I served these parathas with rajma, pineapple raita and rice. Due to covid we have not eaten outside the house for more than a year, cooking every meal day after day does get tiring and boring. Thanks to your RUclips channel I am able to cook more varieties and I am enjoying the experience. Thank you and God bless you all 🙏🏼

As I don’t have access to fresh mustard leaves, I will use broccoli leaves instead. Simplicity brings out the purity of our Indian cuisine and culture. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Resting the dough for a while helps the dough to absorb the water and keep them soft for long hours.
