Just got mine and came back here to see if you also had trouble with the rat. I'm glad you did, because 6:17 saved me. That hole is so small the paint closed it and if I didn't know exactly where it was I would have never found it :D
Oh my god it’s amazing, I actually cancelled this back last year when it got delayed and they rereleased the original Berserker armor in the bloody version. I always wanted the original so when this got delayed I thought I’d get the original instead. But then after I cancelled it I just kept looking at both and re bought this one. But for me this was DX or nothing, you need Schierke on his back. And I love you get the different heads, the pure rage portrait when the beast of darkness is in control, then the head where Schierke has calmed him, then the original Skull Knight version. Although I thought there were LED’s in the eyes of the first head.
It's simply a masterpiece in my opinion, although perhaps a little too juicy for my living room, and as you already pointed out, the dimensions aren't super sideboard friendly either. I got the 1/6 Guts vs Zodd DX diorama instead, which I am also super happy with btw, and now, thanks to your video, waiting for the 1/3 Guts unleash edition to finally ship has become a lot harder again. Anyway, great review!
I ordered this as my first ever prime1 statue and oh my god this makes me excited. it’ll get here in a couple months bc I couldn’t pay so much for fast shipping 😅
This statue is amazing was gonna buy it but that new Guts, Berserker Armor, Rage Edition Deluxe Bonus Version got announced and theres so many attachments and its much cheaper. But if that didn’t exist i would so buy this as my first anime statue.
Glad I stuck with the unleashed, that twisted hand/arm still bugs me a lot even if it's supposed to be like that. And the blood hides too much of the details imo.
When it comes to Prime1, they like to add details on even the smallest things. Doesn’t matter if it won’t be seen. That’s what sets them apart from most studios.
i seen all the ur berserk statues and i want have 1 in my collection having trouble deciding which one to get cause they all look really good in ur opinion which one is ur favourite guts statue in your collection
I went with the unleash version of this. I kind of regret it tbh the base is just ridiculous, way too big, too many little pieces. I wish I would have waited for the 1/3 version instead better minimal base, and overall looks better.
Oh nice, I’ve ordered this from Prime1, I won’t be receiving it for another 2 months. How much did yo pay for shipping? When I bought it shipping was $740, but in January they increased it to $1,010, that’s crazy isn’t it for a 1/4?

the pose completely turned me off of this statue, it just makes no sense. thankfully i was able to get the bloody nightmare version of the crouched berserker armor piece.
i also searched for about 30mins where to put the second mouse with needle..... Only found it because of your video. Not gona lie these manuals from prime one suck. Figurama has much better manuals

That base is crazy. Love the details in it, but those huge circular bases are a serious pita to display and take up so much real estate.
I agree! Displaying this is not easy.
While at the same time often not offering an impressive enough height that could somehow rectify the massive footprint.

Unleashed is cool but what makes this version better in my eyes is the Astral Schierke. No other Berserk statue has that.

You talking about the 1/3 scale Guts? If so, that’s a great choice. It’s definitely not cheaper though. It’s $100 more comparing the deluxe versions.

This statue is almost too big. It weighs like 90 lbs. I completely underestimated the size.

Impeccable statue but Prime 1 does not respect people's space with that insane base diameter. The 1:3 saves you space if you can believe it.

How does the pose not make sense? There’s a panel of him in the manga where he’s holding Dragonslayer just like this.
