    10 sheets of rice paper
    10 perilla leaves.
    260g of tofu.
    a quarter of a carrot
    50g cabbage
    a quarter of an onion
    1/4 red paprika
    a quarter of an apple
    Chili sauce (alternative: red pepper paste with vinegar)
