I have 2 spinal surgeries and I actually do these on my own, no therapist ever taught me. You make this so easy and precise! You deserve all things good and blessings for the help you so kindly give to all.
You deserve relief too boss. Spinal surgery you say? Holy damn that must be seriously draining to you mentally and physically. Hope you are better these days
Anyone with Sciatica, arthritis, plantar fasciitis, bone spurs, a neck hump…. Literally any problem with the body.. This is the perfect channel for you❤ Even if my whole body can’t feel better, my god, these vids made my days a little less painful.. 10/10 would Highly Recommend👍🏻
When Dr Rowe chuckles mid exercise you know the exercise is beginning to 'bite'😊 Thanks for another excellent video Dr, they're appreciated by so many 👍👍
Man. That is almost enough to make me wanna cry. I’m only halfway through with the “ballin bridge” one and my left side feels better than it has in almost two years. Thank you.
Thanks Dr Rowe..for helping me once again.. I am prone to lower back pains.. I have been following you for 3-4 years.. as always you helped.. ballerina pose is great as it can be done standing.. it takes me several minutes to rise from chair and even worse from bed.. please suggest something..thanks and God bless
Hey dr Rowe.. thank you, you have sure helped my lower back pain with your pelvic stretching in only 2 days. My question was, will I feel achy under my shoulder blades for resetting my pelvic as I’ve never done pelvic tilts before and have an ache in that area on both sides . Let me know thank you.
Thank you Dr. Rowe, I’m still doing the other stretches that you recommended like the child’s pose and I’m still stiff in my lower back and neck in the mornings but I continue to stretch. The reason why my upper and lower back is due to lack of sleep, and even though I take some natural sleeping aids, sometimes I still can’t sleep, but when I do sleep my eight hours I’m not as achy and stiff. I’ll be trying these exercises that you just showed us. Thanks again for these exercises. I just have to keep on doing them and they do give me some relief. I’ll keep you informed how I’m doing. Thank U! ✊🏼🙌
@@DrRowe I'm 74 y/o, been active my entire life. I have had an interest in chiropractic, yoga and strength training forever. You are the best for giving individual pain relieving techniques.
Dr. Rowe, may I request you to do Yogasana, which helps entire body, mind and soul. There are so many yogasanas which you show as exercises are there, which are benefitting.
I was crippled with lower Back pain then after 2 months I got severe cramps down the front of my thighs so I was unable to sit down in a chair and had to use a commode to lean against to go to the toilet. It was so bad to start with that I had to get two people to help me off the bed. I developed a bad posture and basically had to learn to walk again as my legs were so painful. I had some accupunture but it doesn't really help till after the 3rd session. He told me it would get worse before it got better. Now at the 17 week mark I still have the stiffness in the centre and mild discomfort in my top legs when I get up in the morning. You just have to try and keep active and persevere with it. You have to find the right balance between rest and gentle exercise. I need to get an orthopaedic topper for my too soft mattress and try some of these movements. The exercises I was given to bring my knees up to my chest was aggravating my thighs so I stopped doing them. I was literally bed bound with this but the hospital cant really do much except keep you in for the night and give you an injection. Even now I will walk about outside and my back is so stiff and painful. Only when I lie down am I painfree. Back pain even affects my arms too.
Hello doctor, i have cervical problem and i was prescribed some painkillers and vitamins for that and told to some exercises which i do regularly. But i still have pain in my arms, wrists and hands even my knee hurts sometimes and i feel numbness and tingling in my arms when i wake up in the morning. What should i do?
Curious, how do you know if your back is related to an actual injury, or if it's stiff for other reasons like a tweak but that isn't indicative of an injury?
My problem is that when I go to the chiropractor and he takes an X-ray you can see the gap where the two pieces of the pelvis are supposed to align. He adjusts it by doing ‘side-specific’ adjustment on the special table he has. Unfortunately it never stays ‘adjusted’ and I’ve used up all my $750 insurance allowance for the year already 😔 essentially my problem is the sacro/pelvis area left side and T7 (middle of my back). If only my dad was still living - he was a chiropractor from the 1960s
Hey doc, I was doing deadlifts and I went really heavy,I injured my back and had a mild pain in my lower back but after a week or two the pain got worse where I have gotten really weak when training my legs and lower back.the pain only happens when I extend my legs fully. How can I recover my back?
Hi I am so trying all these but the problem is my groin is restricted the pain I get I can’t even lift my knee up to my Chest I was told I had siatica but I think now it is something more than siatica I can’t ge to see my doctor iv had this going on now for 20 yrs I also walk with a limp 😢
hello I'm here to ask you for your opinion not an advice. could you please tell me if in you opinion massage chairs are ok for someone with arthritis on the column. my arthritis in just starting and is just in between 2 discs on my lower back. thanks a lot for your opinion not advice.
None of this helps if it is R/T a previous traumatic injury. Kenalog injections done by an Interventional Radiologist fixes mine for 5 months or so at a time.
I have bulges in my neck and back, multi level fascet joint degeneration and degeneration of my L1, L2, L3, L5, S1, S2 and a shattered coccyx (tail bone) I am in 24 hour chronic pain and have to take Tramadol, Pregablin, Noproxin and Lanzoprosol and wondered if there is anything i can do to help me. I was told i need 12 surgery procedures but b the NHS will not pay for it. I was told I'll need around £40,000 for private medical operations

Strengthen your abs and glutes, stretch your quads and psoas to support your lower back long term.
Basically be active.

Are those safe for someone who just recovered from L3-L4-L5 bulging discs (no surgery)?
