Why don't these manufacturers of pressure cooker bring the Gaskets in three different colours since when we change the gaskets which comes in same black colour sometimes tends to confuse as to which is new and which is the old one as the habits of Indians we do not discard the old ones.If suppose we purchase a new colour every time it leaves no scope for confusion.
If curries r left in cooker does the steel coating get black spots? In pigeon it happened to me when i kept sambhar overnight. In Hawkins there is no such issue. What about this ?

No, black spots don't come and there is no problem u can store curries overnight, and there is no issue in it and it is best in quality also
