Thank you so much for helping me realise that what I do is important and I am part of my team. We all need each other, one piece of the puzzle missing we cannot complete the whole thing. It is so inspiring to see women been giving these extraordinary titles and active amazing things. I did not realize how much I loved goal keeping until now. It is just this liberating, exciting and rush of adrenaline that you get when you get in that goal box. It does suck to not stop a goal but I have learnt to trust the man upstairs and move on. Let's stop the next one, okay! I am proud of my job!

Truly bizarre that sports are male dominated in the UK. In South Africa a school girl who won't participate in sports is likely to be seen as lazy, never a tomboy.
