    Thanks for this Poki!
Mental and physical health is an ongoing struggle and videos like this personally help me a lot.
I'm thankful for your straightforward and vulnerable approach to this video, it's always encouraging to be reminded I'm not the only one who fights these things.

That last part about taking care of yourself from a place of love rather than hate is so true!! I’ve tried so many diets and workout routines that were very image based where if I didn’t complete it somehow, it would make me feel like a failure and that made it super unsustainable to maintain. This year, after realising that no one will take care of me the best than myself, decided to love myself more by making these small steps that will lead to better results in the long run. Right now it’s doing yoga three times a week where I can just focus on me 🥰 So happy you’re doing really well in this phase of your life! ❤️

This video is a great reminder of things I have been trying to change. Having a good sleep routine and walking more steps is really underestimated. I can also say from experience that I have noticed tons of things like my mood & energy levels depending on what I eat and when I eat something. I am currently still trying out new things all the time and I can't stress enough how important it is to find something that works long term. As a long time viewer since the league days, I am glad about the person poki is today and infact always has been. Keep it up everyone

Hi Poki, I really enjoyed watching your video. I guess the only question I really have is "consistency." Of course this has been an ongoing problem with me as I am still talking to my therapist about it and I've tried what I assume just about anything for example writing in my planners and setting alarms and reminders. I just wanted to know how you became consistent on exercising here and there while still juggling other priorities (I'm a full-time college student and part-time worker). I was wondering if you had any advice on how to even start or how you were able to push yourself with being consistent. Thank you, and I love all the videos you post to help your viewers!!!

me doing exercise is on and off my whole life, and my weight just goes up and down all the time and I feel stressed thinking that maybe I just wasn't doing the right exercise, or maybe I wasn't doing the right diet. Turns out that I try too many things and I'm feeling impatient of the results that I switch them from time to time. I hope watching this would finally help me set my mind into doing some weight loss stuff and continue to do it. I'll try setting a schedule for my workouts and have a nice sleep. Been trying to eat healthy, but it's too expensive for me to have a consistent healthy meal so I hope I'll have something to do about that. ily bc each video you post like this inspires me. last august, in my first semester at uni i was trying to take care of my health psychically and mentally. flash forward to today, im lowk a gym rat. i mainly do some stretching, yoga, weightlifting and leg days. i rock climb almost everyday if i dont have too much assignments. and i even got my friends to rock climb with me and practice certain healthy exercise things. one of the friends is a black belt in tkd so she assists us in the gym when we box, learn tkd moves, and/or wrestle. basically, if it wasnt for me watching your fitness and health videos i would have never at least tried to better my health. a lot of my friends that live on dorms just stay in their rooms all day and order take out. i try and utilize my space and environment. my school is the top csu school on green spaces and urban sustainability. so its cool to have certain perks the school provides its students with to ensure we have the option to utilize the equipment, materials, and tools provided they lend us when we are in our day to day. we have a huge garden with a pond and many plants and trees so i like to use that space to run the track or just relax and meditate etc. also there is an army boot camp where its free to the public to run the course so ive been getting out of my comfort zone and going big. and not to lose weight bu to get my tone and control back over my body. im 23 i dont want to live the way i was living during the pandemic. only gaming and watching tv not exercising when i used to be a star athlete all my life. now i still game with my girlies hahah i even started skateboarding again everyday and regularly play outdoor and indoor sports with them. ty again ik this was a long reply lmao love and peace to you, imane
