Robert, you said if you want to subscribe the button is there; I have been subscribed to Fully Charged since 2016 and I still love the videos and enthusiasm that you bring to the channel.
I didn't know this video would be some of the best motoring content I've seen this year. The cinematography was superb and the drone shots with the car sliding made me feel like I was watching Top Gear back when it was the best motoring content you could ask for. It was informative, entertaining and a pleasure to watch. Impressed with Joakim's dedication to reducing suspension bushing noise as well, such commitment! Thank you Fully Charged Show for great content.
When doubters tell me "oh yeah, they all go very well in the summer, but they won't work in the winter. The cold will bugger up the batteries!" I just reply, "go tell that to the Norwegians..!"
Jack you are the jammiest... Lol... But really it doesn't get any more real than this. Your expression gave away what all was going on!!! Yes the whole experience does show /give away through your expressions and your well... expressive self! Thank you for a brilliant review...
That was was a great episode. Polestar could offer this as an experience in conjunction with Fully Charged. " The Fully Charged Ice Racing Experience at the Arctic Circle" powered by Polestar
OK, Jack was great as usual, but I've got to say Joakim stole the show with his awesome driving, his knowledge and his fun attitude. And of course his wisdom: "s**t happens" Joakim needs to be a regular on Fully Charged now!
By far my favorite video from Fully Charged. That's quite a high bar to surpass given the quality of the content on this channel. Great work Jack and team!
I’ll take two please! What a glorious bit of beautifully shot, perfect (much needed) escapism - not to mention vital & valid scientific research. Jammy Jack on top form & Joakim may be my instant most favourite person ever! Really enjoyed that! Well done all 👏 👏👏👏 .
Jack's commitment to streetwear shows no signs of slowing down, while most of us might have gone for a pair of Adidas Terrex or a some Salomons to climb up a snowy slope at -18C, he's still wearing AF1 lows (I think the winterised ones, but still) and showing off his freezing ankles. Good work sir, good work.
That looked like so much fun. Jack you really are the luckiest git alive! When my Polestar 2 lands in Australia next month, I don't imagine I'll find much snow to go drifting in.
Jack, I'm going to wait until this time next year in Sydney to hopefully tell you to your face "you are one of the luckiest guys in the world"! Great videos thanks.
I live at the bottom of New Zealand, which isn't quite as cold as the arctic, or the antarctic, but it gets pretty damn chilly down here. It's full of stale, pale and male people who dis EVs with every breath, so seeing this car run rings around an ice lake makes me warm inside. Thank you!
Things like this are what turn a brand from one you respect into one you really like. I love that Polestar can just have fun with things like this, as you'd expect from a former racing team. Very eccentric, very beautiful, very Swedish.
As a Canadian fan of the channel, this kind of testing is what I care about. When you are in that snow storm heading home some place plow and salt truck won't get too for a couple hours you want your car to handle on ice. (without the studs) We take new rural drivers out to ice covered parking lots to get the "feel" of ice. Perhaps we can we borrow that Polestar this year?
I also want to say that of all the not quite SUV SUV’s - the CUV’s, crossovers, elevated ride height sedan/hatch body styles this is the most successful
Joakim, you are really enjoyable to watch and listen to here and also on the Nurnburg Ring, Polestar should give you a marketing promotion since you’re a great marketing resource for the brand! We want to see more special Polestar footage! 👍😀👍
I’d recon I’m a pretty normal person but my cars see -35 at least a couple days a year because I’m in Canada. Their extensive cold weather testing would make me very confident to purchase one for use here in Canada.
Brilliant production and content lads. Mix of everything. A sexy EV with superb visual identity and detailing. Funny host. Confident (brave!) instructor. Stunning location. Great driving, by both really considering. Drama! Intense sound track. Pro grade videography. And a very good pitch for Polestar, the less hyped but very well designed EV with few flaws.
Cool, so its all good the on i35 freeway through Minneapolis when it's 0F outside (-18C), snowed last night and the roads are slick and to varying extents the other drivers have forgot how to drive in that weather. I'm also dreaming of taking it for a spin around a frozen Lake of the Isles or cedar lake. Alright, I probably won't do that (not least because even a low end Polestar 2 is a dream right now), but testing in those low temps are not just for middle of nowhere type stuff. There's plenty of frigid folks in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Canadian cities like Winnipeg too. And seriously, there's probably a fair few who would love to take one of these around some if the 10,000+ very frozen lakes we get. Looks like a lot of fun.
So jealous that you got to do this! Particularly loved when you yawned as you were being driven around sideways by Joakim ☺️ A really enjoyable episode!
Brilliant episode, looks like Jack got it to dance in the end! Would love to know what impact the cold has on range etc., even though -30° is not a temperature I’d ever expect to see on the dashboard!
Some say he was born under a crescent moon all we know he's called The Jacksicle! So when is he heading out for some electric rally driving in the forests of Sweden or Finland. Fantastic cinematography as well good test for your drones.
As a Saskatchewan resident who desperately wants to get an electric car but whose main concern with one is the effects of extreme winter on the vehicle, I'm glad to see a company actually doing winter testing in temperatures that I will most certainly see.

Polestar 2 is top of my list for an EV car. Gorgeous looking and practical.

He's also unnecessarily tall 😅

The production quality of this was outstanding! Props to the team and, of course, Jack's Oscar worthy performance... well until he crashed lol
Yes -- this. Cinematic and just brilliant.

And yet they managed to miss Jack gobbing it into a snow drift? As if THAT wasn't going to happen! 🤣
Was going to give your comment a like, as I agree 100% with you, but you had 69 likes and it wouldn't feel right...
Doubters: These things won't work in the cold. Polstar: Shhhh i'm in the boot listening for odd noises while we drift this thing round the arctic.
Joakim gonna Joakim.
Best comment I've ever read on the internet. Almost made me smile more than the video 🤣
When doubters tell me "oh yeah, they all go very well in the summer, but they won't work in the winter. The cold will bugger up the batteries!" I just reply, "go tell that to the Norwegians..!"
Jack - a real asset, especially the clothing style - I´m absolutely into it
Love this video. Production quality is wonderful. The attention to detail from Polestar team is typically Scandinavian.
Great man! Even you crashed his car, he was so calm)))
He made me do it!

One of my favourite episodes to date. The Jackster on sublime form and a very slick production. Funny and fun. AND I WANT TO HAVE A GO!

Hi Jack, another excellent video. I particularly liked watching you improve on the ice and get so much pleasure from doing it.
Very well done...
Wow, Top Gear eat your heart out! That was outstanding - production quality, presentation, Jack's quirky humour. Loved it!

In a world that is changing so fast right now, these are really beautiful images of something good that will soon come to us.
Loved it! The prettiest EV content on the interwebs. Also got to love a bit of Swedish winter rallying in a Polestar, so nice 👌💜
As a Polestar 2 owner living in South Florida, I'll have to drift in snow vicariously through this fine video.
Perhaps we could make you a track out of... alligators?

Jack, you are the jammiest GIT who ever lived. It really does help. You did it Jack, - and it Matters.
It would be really cool if polestar made a few of these as a limited edition, with the current SUV craze, they might even sell pretty well.
There's a rumour there will be a Polestar 2 BST with some special upgrades, based on "The Beast" which is a special one-off development car.
Jack, amazing show as always and an amazing vehicle.
Great story, great images, great conversation! Thank you!
Is there anything more satisfying than when a Swedish man says “shliding”?

Great show in the very cold weather, also good driving
it is cold, but not very cold for that area.
What fun, I mean what a great technical and mechanical test sequence for diagnostic purposes and product improvement!
Another light-hearted report from Jack. Breath of fresh air without the ranting :)
What absolute fun that would be. And it is the perfect car to be hacking around in the Article Circle. No noise and no fumes.

It was a well made video. Another entertaining episode. Awesome job for entire crew and host.
Best Fully Charged episode to date? I think so!
He’s a damn mad man and I love him for it. Polestar is the best of the best. It’s people like “the chassis mad man” who make polestar great.
Jack, your eyes are SENSATIONAL! 😜 That's got to be better than being called a GIT. 🤭 Love you channel and your reviews. Thanks
As a Canadian still dealing with several feet of snow in late-March, bring this to market, Polestar!
Jack you have way too much fun. I'm jealous. Hope you are planning to be at the in person event in the US.
Used to love snow and ice driving. Must be amazing in an EV. Nicely done Jack 🖖
So, Robert goes to sunny Spain, and Jack goes to northern Europe. Someone was definitely pulling rank!! Great videos, as always!
