+Heisenberg They do look very similar to earphones though, also some ear plugs do have a kind of cable connecting them together so they can easily be mistaken as earphones :)

A suggestion from what i hear and how i play the song: the outro would be easier if you keep your left hand on the tom at all times, and had your right hand go between the snare and floor tom. Hitting the snare only on the 1st, 4th and 7th sextuplets three times, then joining both hands at the 4th measure.

Well the drumming was close but missing something When the Original Drummer left so many tried to play this song at speed from the Beginning to the end including Dave Grohl it just was not the same the feeling was missing and the timing speed was not there.
