Marge singing to homer hit me like a truck - This vid innocuously shows just how sweet, wholesome and deeply emotional old Simpsons was. Before 'jerkass Homer's shouted, cried and wailed with no meaning behind it, Marge showed the man he loved that she supported him. Not by spending money or them jetting off to a far-away land for an adventure, but pulling him close and tenderly sang 'you are so beautiful to me'. 😢 That's so beautiful!

But then including the actual imagination sequence and contrasting that with him drowned in the water is comedic genius and clever re-incorporation.
