He's too practical to go cutting up clothes and possibly ruining them when it's not something he's familiar with, and tailoring every set of pants he gets would be expensive and a little much. Cuffing works fine, it's free, and he probably likes how it looks.

It was a very old joke on tumblr to come up with new stereotypes specific to bisexual, and they included “you always cuff your jeans” and “you use finger guns in casual conversation” i can say for a fact that one of those is quite accurate for me, but i think the finger guns thing might be more to do with my social anxiety than my bisexuality tbh
