Absolutely adore your channel. Your calm energy of figuring things out and living life is so genuinely nice to watch. I'm 23, and I'm just figuring out how to adult. It's really nice to watch other people figure things out and that it's okay that I don't know things easier. All this to say, I'm so glad you're not 100% competent in everything you do on your channel, because life is a constant adventure of learning! (This is in response to saying that you're trying to say less of "I'm bad at *blank* and saying you're learning instead).
this is such a sweet comment, thank you! It's wild how I learn more and more as I get older that nobody has any idea what they are doing, it's so freeing! I'm 29 and felt SO anxious that I didn't have "adulting" figured out at 23, so I'm glad you're embracing the adventure!
it's really cool that your local climbing gym hosted an event you could table at! I'm trying to get mine to do something similar and more regularly. love to see the worlds of climbing and art come together. love your mural too!

yikes, you work really hard! not only as an artist, but as a businessperson. very impressive!! the mural you painted is fantastic, it's so 'you' and also so perfect for that space. what i'm doing this summer: swimming in Walden Pond every morning... do people outside of New England know what Walden Pond is...? (where Henry David Thoreau lived for a while and wrote a book about it...) and doing a lot of art-making (watercolor, hand-made books, collage). congrats on the growing success of your channel. your artwork is wonderful and your vlogs are always a delight to watch. :) also, looking forward to seeing you get more into watercolor... !

such a nice video. it's super satisfying watching you make then pack the earrings and magnets - they're rly gorgeous. absolutely loved the mural too, brings sm colour and i'm v into anything tarot inspired (i have a death card tattooed on my arm which i've had since i was 18). can imagine it must be so energising and joyful to live alongside one of your murals x

The circle stencil clay tip is so good! I used to weigh mine in grams but I got annoyed with getting my coffee scale all full of clay lol
Oh that’s smart too! I use my scale for coffee, sourdough, and package mailing lol so she’s putting in worrk

Such a lovely vlog!!! I feel like I’m living vicariously through you cause I’m missing Utah rn, I’m home for summer but I go to University in the Provo area, there are always so many cool events happening especially in comparison to my hometown in texas. Also those trout magnets are SO cool!

Kristen, how do you transfer your drawings onto canvases?? I'm struggling so hard finding a better option than just freehanding / I don't own a projector 🥲 Would love your input. Can't wait to see the finished piece!
I don’t have a projector either! I just draw the image on by hand and step back a lot- sometimes I’ll use my iPad and procreate to take a picture of the piece and fiddle around digitally until I figure out why the painting isn’t looking right which helps save time and paint!
I also hate whoever left the USB ports off the MacBook.
