True. Even healers now get healing. You just cast 1 spell and it heals 35 times the whole raid. I'm a pvp player and I wonder what pvp will look like with you running away from a swarm of pets from someone like warlock or sp...
Sorry if you already covered this, but does Havoc affect the Meteor version of Chaos Bolt? And to add to that, does the pvp talent AoE version of Havoc affect it? It will be really cool if you could AoE Havoc an entire epic BG and have Meteors rain from the sky on everyone
Both destro hero talents feel like a demonology tree. I would have liked something more with portals or something in the range of sacrificing health for powerfull magic. Not extra demons. I play destro because I don't like having a lot of demons around. Destro for me is more like a fire mage that's gone to far and sold his soul/ sacrifices his health for powerfull magic.
nothing will beat the destruction lock in MoP the best time ever a warlock had in this game! and on top of that SHADOWFURY SHOULD BE AN INSTANT CAST because shadowfury is the only stun in the game that is castable! give us shadowfury instant stun back like we had in cataclysm, and also we need Dark Soul CD like we had a 1 minute CD that gave us 20% crit chance like the paladin wings! when we burn orange smoke around us we had that in MoP , destro warlock and other speccs dont have a dps CD only demon specc have the big fat caster but without that warlock class dont have nothing like paladin have wings, mage have cumbustion/icy veins, priests have Power of infusion... like come on give some love to warlocks! Chaos Bolt doesnt give us that feeling *oh shit this will hurt* like it did on MoP when people were afraid to bet hited by Chaos bolt!
These are probably noob questions, but: 1) Does Wither benefit from all the Immolate and Fire damage bonus talents in the Destro tree? That is to say, does Wither (Shadowflame damage) benefit from both Shadow and Fire bonuses? I assume so, but just wonder. For example, I assume Wither will benefit from Improved Immolate, the new Emberstorm, Ashen Remains, and Scalding Flames. However, does Wither (again, Shadowflame damage) benefit twice from Xalan's Ferocity or just once? I would guess it just gets +2% damage and not 4% but it is unclear. 2) Similarly, does Chaos Bolt (Chaos damage) double dip into Xalan's Cruelty and get +20% Critical Strike chance or just 10%? What about, like above, Xalan's Ferocity: does this add 2% damage to Chaos Bolt or 4%? I'm pretty sure there is no double dipping in the above situations, which makes sense in the big picture. That being said, I think it would be clearer if some of the wording was cleaned up on these talents. A) Xalan's Ferocity: Your damage is increased by 2%. B) Xalan's Cruelty: Your critical strike chance is increased by 10%. Thanks in advance from the community for any input, I'm sure these are naïve questions but I would just like clarity. Lastly, without Chaosbringer, I worry that Chaos Bolt and Shadowburn will not hit hard enough (in PvP). Did I miss any Alpha updates about their spell coefficients changing? EDIT: I just saw they brought Decimating Bolt back for Destro as the Avatar of Destruction capstone replacement! I'm sad I will have to lose Warlock's Grand Design in favor of this, but am so thankful to have this spell back. The graphics and feel of the ability fit Destro so well! Now, if they would just move WGD to the Class tree, as many have asked for all DF or make Dimensional Rift baseline (which makes absolute sense to me) then the PvP community of Destro mains would be truly happy!
Man the more I see these videos the more excited I am to never play retail pvp again and just keep enjoying it in SoD. Looks great for PvE though, probably gonna main lock in 11.0 for M+ and Raids.
