Tibet is probably the most beautiful place I've been in China. Such a special place. I was quite surprised how modern Lhasa is. Really glad Tibetans are living a great life these days. Altitude sickness was a pain though.
Agree with that! However I’m not sure if their life has changed much, but yeah, there are a bunch of new places to visit.
@@SomethingToRemember you can talk to the local Tibetian to know how their life changes in the past 2 decades especially the Tibetian farmer .
tibet is not china
@@bryandeng570 Probably the Tibetan farmers will parrot the CCP's verses,. You know the death might knock their doors soon...
Ian G you are spreading CCP propaganda. you fake tourist

Normally I dn't like watching "couple travel vloggers". Most of them over reacts with their high voices, or pretend to be the best couples, or simply show their faces more than the places they are visiting. But i must admit, i really like this video. A balance between scenery, information, not overpowering music ,soothing voices and great editing. Thank you very much and keep up the great work.
Thanks a lot, we really appreciate these words😍☺️
Thanks a lot, it’s very sweet🥰
Wow.. Everest next!! can't wait to see that guys... way to go 🤩!! On a separate note: 5:10 Wait, what? .... that tibetan-Chinese guy doesn't expect to out-live his own parents?!

Thank you so much for showing me Tibet which is my country but didn't have access to it due to CCP's invasion. As I was told by my ancestors, Tibet is so beautiful and, I wish in my life time I can see Tibet..
Hope you can go there one day, it’s a beautiful place❤️
是中国领土,你可以搜索西藏1930西方的纪录片
@@user-hb9jq7wb7l sorry i don't know chinese

So nice thank u for Video…..👍👍👍🫶🫶😻😻😻
Thank you!❤️
May I ask how much it cost? And if it was easy to get by as a foreigner?
Hello! We paid 12k Chinese yuan or around €1600 per person for the tour+food+flights. Flights were pretty expensive and you can go to cheaper restaurants. We made a whole video about all the details including prices
ruclips.net/video/EgmZOETmDqc/видео.html
We believe a lot of things have changed, but as a foreign you surely HAVE TO go as a part of a tour group.
Which part of Tibetan culture did you find most interesting? 😄
In Tibet we have three different provinces utsang,Amdo n kham …we have very rich in cultures n Buddhist philosophies (u can learn n analysis with ur own as a study ( no need to take in religions aspect )….. tibet is occupied by China in 1959 .. many in India n abroad as a refugee with our eye sun in India 🇮🇳…. Tibetans spirits will never ever die …. I feel good to see u guys enjoying in my snow of land … I can understand u don’t feel the same as us (Tibetans ) but imagine if u being born as a Tibetan .. then u can feel the same spirit as us .. potala palace is the winter residence of his holiness 14th dalaï lama🙏🙏🙏……we Tibetans r looking for genuine autonomy for tibet …tibet was a country n it’s still under the colonisation of China …we Tibetans ducking hate communist government china not citizens …at the end truth will always prevails …
Thanks for your comment🙏🏻
@@chakdortharchin4464 I am sure the Indigenous people in Canada feel the same way as Tibetans in China. Thank God, Tibetans are treated much better by the Chinese government.
did you get altitude sickness?
Mark didn’t, Asya did, watch one of this videos:
ruclips.net/video/EgmZOETmDqc/видео.html
ruclips.net/video/ijeHzK1aMbI/видео.html
Do I need to quarantine to go to Tibet?
No, but there are a bunch of rules, watch our video about it☺️ ruclips.net/video/EgmZOETmDqc/видео.html
Our view slowly shifted, we Tibetan want to practice our culture without any government regulations, Tibet as an country can’t really thrive because we needed new currency, a military and etc. we want our spiritual leader to come back to Tibet. Overall china helped Tibet modernize standards of living which is great thing but we need freedom and certain level of democracy.
西藏是中国的一部分,
That's why did you go to Korea? Some people knows only one form of demo or they don't know what demo is. Monolithic mindset. Country without regulations, that there's not in entire world. I really think that some people need a bit of open mind and some learnings, starting to learn the history of tibet and compare it to the present days in that autonomous region.
Thanks free tibet save tibet
Save tibet from endiot😂
Do you need a different visa to go there ?
You need a permit, we made a video about all the details☺️ ruclips.net/video/EgmZOETmDqc/видео.html
I still remember those days when west was investing so much money to separate Tibet from China. I learned these years, that we should never trust West, especially USA and UK. We can work together but never trust them. I also learned that China did great job developing Tibet. And by the way i am not from China, somewhere from Europe
Thanks for sharing your opinion!
Tibet is not part of China 🇨🇳,as outer mongolia 🇲🇳, all other nation want to have there own independence rather be part of China 🇨🇳.
@@TheWings22 Just like Scotland, Wales, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, Okinawa, Catalonia, the Basque Country, Quebec. And did I mention all the European colonies that are nowhere near Europe? Can the Aborigines, Maoris and native Americans have their countries back too?
@@TheWings22 that's not how the world works. If anyone/race strive for independance, then no place will be peaceful. I beilieve the US will become many countries.
@@pbworld7858 you are right.
So no religeous prosecution huh?
You mean the USA bombed and killed 1 million Iraqi muslims?
brainwashed by ur American sugar daddy
There must be some but definitely not what anti-China medias said about
Half Tibet map
Were your guide and driver in Lhasa Tibetans or Chinese?
2 had two tours, during the first one they both were Tibetans, during the second one out driver was Chinese and a tour guide Tibetan
I am ethnic Han, if you call ppl in Tibet tibetans, call other 55 ethnics ppl chinese. So, you should call me Hans not chinese. Chinese means the people of People's Republic of China(or even Republic of China), tibetans in China also chinese.
@@luckylukewjo we call them the way they prefer to be called😊
They're all Chinese national for sure, just different ethnicity.
@@SomethingToRemember so you asked them how they prefer to be called?
East Tibet is more beautiful but foreigners don’t tend to go there
Well, we did😅 ruclips.net/video/ijeHzK1aMbI/видео.html
potato palace
I was sure it’s on our video about Ireland😅what do you mean?
Before the opening of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, Tibet was a painting, but now the destruction is really serious, if you go to Tibet, the first thing to understand is the history, people, and unique culture there It is necessary to contrast to understand what has really happened in Tibet
那美国西部大开发是不是破环
胡说八道
tibetan cities r too small becuz theres only around 6 million tibetan on earth.....
And 6million is just a rough scale ,now it’s degrading in China by mass executions in fake case .
@@TheWings22 actually it's around 6.7 million......
@@WaMo721 there isn’t proper scale till now because of scattered.
Luckiest people
When u r traveling in Tibet ,They will give a Guide with so many restrictions .And u won’t get time to see reality.
Ya right Tibet is open for tourists but you can’t go alone without gait and lots of rules for tourists. You have not full free tour in Tibet you can’t talk about politic if you talk than you are gone
This was during the pandemic, it had just re-opened to tourists after being closed during covid. Enjoyed your rant though 😊
@@Simba47242 What?
You can't travel free in Tibet like other countries. You are always under Chinese radar .
Yeah, that’s true
We have a lot of radars and cameras to watch the bad guys all around China. The good guys will not care about it . As a Chinese, I also need a permit to Tibet and altitude sickness is a challenge for me as well.
Beautiful and diverse China, multiple ethnic people and culture and beautiful food.
I know this would spin into politic :) truth is, you will always be under some government's radar as long as you are connected to Internet or digital world. and they can send drone to kill you if they want like the US givernment did to Gen Sulaimani of Iran.
What about Kashmir and Area 51?
