I recently had a weekend to myself while my husband worked and my parents took my son on vacation. I spent that weekend hitting the thrift stores and spending all day literally from 10am to 5pm thrifting to resell.
That sounds so fun!
I am a stay at home, homeschooling mom and also have four kids aged 1-10. I can’t even imagine a whole morning to myself. I would either work in the garden or curl up with a book. And coffee with either option.

I would probably end up working, too, just to have uninterrupted time. I get lots of alone time with minor interruptions, but having zero interruptions would be great.
Yeah, sometimes that uninterrupted work time is so so good.
On ebay. I started to end the listing and relist. I go back and check sell rate and see if my title could be better. And suddenly old stuff started to sell. Also would love to relax with a good book and cup of tea. Thanks Jenn I enjoy your videos.

I was hoping that you would go treat yourself to that cup of coffee and a book! I’m a single mom, and a teacher on summer break and find myself not relaxing at all during this time off. There’s always too much to do but I know I will regret that in a few weeks when I head back to work. Thanks for your videos!
Yeah, It's hard to relax when I know there is a huge list of things to be done. I tell you what, I will take some time to get a cup of coffee and read if you do too!
You should take some time for yourself, do something you enjoy! Us moms need to recharge and have me time. Right now the time I get to myself consists of sleeping and showering lol 😂 the joys of having a baby and lots of littles, I’m thankful my teens help out a lot and my baby loves watching me do things so she’s easily entertained 😀🥰 if I was by myself I’d exercise more, read a book, get more housework and business tasks done.

Oh goodness, you really do have a lot going on! Those teens are super helpful, though.
I do have a listing goal. Generally it is 10 new items a day and delist/relist 30.
I have had that situation and hate when that happens when something doesn't sell, comps are telling you it should, and you get an offer well below comps and you have to decide whether to sell low or hold out. I was also watching a well known reseller youtuber who is great. She had the exact same item sell I had sitting for over a year. Even worse, hers sold quickly for $10 more than mine was listed (the only difference was her item was a size smaller than mine). I delisted, copied her keywords and raised the price and mine still hasn't sold, but has gotten more attention.
That is so frustrating! I am frustrated for you anyway. It makes me wonder if hers sold to a viewer.
Get the beverage read the book,have a leisurely meal, even it is for an hour or few 😉we all need to recharge now and then!

I would make them a counter offer on the dress. If they decline, then maybe relist it for $30 and get some new views on it.

6:01 that’s too funny that your neighbor ordered something from you. Your face could be plastered everywhere & if I was your neighbor it might have never occurred to me that yes, it’s you! Honestly, I’m okay with faces but sometimes forget names or forget “where I know that face from”. But I know a lot of people so.. 🤷🏼♀️😊

I have all day every day to myself. But it wasn’t always that way. I have to say I somewhat miss the busyness of that time of life. I do have things to do & big projects that need completed but some days, I make iced strawberry matcha & read just because I can. You should get that cup of coffee & treat yourself to the silence of the house & praise Jesus for the chaos when they return. 🥰🥰🥰😊

I do not. I really just stick to clothes, shoes and accessories. Occasionally I get something random, but I don't think I have ever sold anything crafty.

I’m curious you said you had a couple side hustles, what else do you do?
I am a birth and postpartum doula and a spiritual director. Neither of those take up much time, but they are things that I love.
