Is Donald Trump our Savior? An Analytical Discussion

Donald Trump was the 45th president of the USA and possibly the most maligned in recent years. But his cult of personality and his supporters follow him adamantly and despite his status as an elite see him as a man of the people.The republican party and many members support him and his campaign. Why is this? What do people see in him? Does he have an actual plan for the coming future? Trump represents the past of America that was economically full, in him, many people see the prosperous aspects of the past. And they are right, many aspects of the past in America were beautiful. But it's not 1980 anymore and we aren't the most successful country due to our geography during WWII. We are part of a larger ecosystem of countries, some just as powerful as us and we need to work with them. We need solutions for young people, technology, climate change and so much more. We need solutions for the border that looks at why people are crossing into America in such large quantities. Trump represents a great time in history, but it is just history and if we don't focus on the future, we will pay for it later down the line.
