That was fun! I liked the books the most. I was hoping I would see that pretty blue and white milk jug in your haul. ♥️ 😃 The chair will come in handy for you! 😊 it’s a lot of fun to see how you enjoy your day out and about! Thanks for taking us along!
👏👏I nailed the London book and the red tumbler!! Mr. C - I just LOVE the jolly little tune you play during your videos!! Please don’t ever change it!! 🙋♀️🇺🇸🥰‼️
Your bargain hunting is always so successful, I am sure you could get a load of things for £5! That chair was definitely the best today, but I did like the London books - and everything else for that matter! Thanks, Mr C.
I think you could do a blog on your books. I am a bibliophile and love looking at other people's bookshelves. I prefer to purchase brand new books but every so often come across second hand books and am intrigued by their content. Today at a charity shop I bought two books, one on herbs that have medicinal properties and the other book on using an electric sewing machine for the first time user. I have my late mothers' sewing machine and really don't know how to properly use it. So a browse through your bookshelves would be interesting.
So happy your back feels better. The body has meridians and it seems they adjusted those easily so everything falls into natural place. Keep going. I thought for sure you would have picked up the Blue and White holder it was so pretty as well as it's sister 💙. I dig the lawn chair . What are you going to do with the sundown light? Would it show up on the loft window for a special effect? You did great. You looked fabulous today. You always do however today you sparkled ✨️. Cheers 🍻 have a fabulous week. I can't wait for your next pub crawl with Luke. I may pop over to London and would love to take your crew to dinner. Link your email. How dose Claridges sound or the Savoy? We must book ahead afternoon tea at Tiffany's. Of course I shall pay for the treats. Idea flash, if this is old news for you let's hit the road- You drive and we'll find a town, crash in a 5***** Castle and jolly around the pubs, restaurants and of course " Go shopping ".....Yippee Yahya. Or another thought I always wanted to swing into Monaco 🇲🇨. We can fly/train in get a full-blown car for all of us, Eat at the finest, stroll their pubs, SHOP, gamble a wee bit. OR choose a cruise. I would love to see all the shops at that huge plant you went to, was it a Armory or it was the massive power plant. That was truly amazing. I am thinking of popping over in October this year for 3 weeks. Oh your trip to Prague was darling. Let me know if anything sounds like a plan and I will begin the setup 😉. This will be a blast. Everyone is welcome. You friend from across the pond. 💜💜💜💜
Great little finds there Thank you for sharing I love the London for instas book ...great to flick through ..and the crystals in the little bag Brilliant 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Hi mrcarrington , great Haul. You always surprise me with your excellent finds. My favourite are the books, Crystals and the chair. Take care, until your next Vlog.
Hi Mr C absolutely love spending time on your boot trips... never left a comment b4.. been visiting boot sales for 24 years and still love the thrill of pulling up to a sale we have a "in and at em" moto. My only frustration is I see so many things that you pass by that I'd snap up. Keep up the amazing work and you need to hit the Yorkshire boots.
Hi Mr C ! I’m catching up with you after a very busy week and full of chest infection with the weather here in Scotland … you made me giggle so thank you so much - always love your purchases choices and the chair and crystals were my favourites. The mug was a good buy too - love to Pumpkin & Mittens - I hope they enjoy the cat grass ! ❤
Hi Mr C….I used to work within the physio industry and was always told to avoid Chiropractors and see an Osteopath or Physiotherapist instead. Osteopathy is great at looking at your body as a whole and Physiotherapy tends to be more targeted. I’m so glad you ended up at an Osteopath 😃…hope it helps eventually 🤞🏼🍀🧡💚
Hey Iwan great vlog love the car boot finds. I especially liked the burleigh milk jug you saw on the car boot 😊looking forward to a sunny weekend hope you get some sun too x
Hi Mr C!! My favourite thing(s) in your haul is the books. I would have spent all my money on the plants lol glad you found someone to help you with your back!
All kinds of goodies! Love the chair. I have to admit, however, that I do love the red glass but ... sparkly lights and a cat who loves to knock things over... This screams Cat Toy to me. LOL! 🤣
I guessed the red coffee cup and London book 👍... Really good bargain on the crystals - they make a lovely sound when they fall on the floor too 🤣 I hope you have a good weekend Mr C x Much love 😘
Hi Iwan great haul there was some great bits in the carboot plenty caught my eye, glases & cup wit lids & straws are so handy especially wit pets & flys, that's a bargain getting the crystals for 50p they can be very expensive that's a great bargain, that chair would b very handy when ur out & about, can't wait to c the pub crawl wit luke ur both so funny when u get together, have a great weekend lots of love 💞💞💞
Hi Mr Carrington. Love seeing your car boot sale videos and having a look round with you. I would have got the lovely blue/white jug i thought it was lovely. Loved everything you bought especially the chair and crystals absolute bargains both of them. I would love to see you do a £5 challenge but I think it would be hard to do as that would be the time you would see something that would put you really over budget 😂😂but would be fun to watch. I love watching your videos. Have a lovely Thursday ❤
Good job Mr. C!! I love the colorful rainbow pendant in the crystal bag. Perfect timing for Pride month starting June 1st (my birthday!)🌈 Enjoy your purchases. I can't wait to see what you and Luke might get up to with the places in your new books!!! See you Sunday~ ❤ Joan
The white crystal seems to be a moon stone, the black one might be an obsidian stone, the green one may be a fluorite crystal, the pink one does look like rose quartz stone also the dark brown one does seem to be a tiger's eye. We had to get one of those office chairs with lower back support, that also can be adjusted in height for my husband, he kept getting back pains. You can get them fairly cheap in IKEA and Amazon, even second hand if it is in good condition. It is a good investment to look into. I thought you would fall for the hampers and the shelf thing made of the material like the one used in baskets 😉
Hi Mr C,, well you got some great bargins in this haul. The crystals and the chair were massive savings. The chair retails from £22to £28, it's supposed to be a really good make too. The crystals are beautiful and you have a good range of them too. 👍
Love the blue and white teapot and milk jug at the car boot Iwan, my favourite thing you’ve purchased is the crystals, and you paid £2 for the costa cup lol, tfs x Julie
Great finds this week, the chair was a steal. Remember to charge your crystals as they have been handled by a bunch of people. In the USA that bag would have cost $20.00 easily.
The London books seem the perfect sort of thing to curl up with on a rainy afternoon and plan your next adventure. I had a similar chair, years ago, but with a metal frame. Mine was a lot more slopey but perfect for reading with a back rest on the beach without lugging a large lounger along. Think that you had a really successful trip. Oh and so great that you were able to buy cat gras for the kitties - I agree, not part of the challenge. Glad you took the extra cash along. However, I do think you need to successfully complete this challenge before moving down to a fiver, lol. Thanks for taking us, enjoy the rest of your week and I hope Pumpkin and Mittens enjoy finding that dropped bargain crystal. (Edit: re you redoing the tenner challenge - this only because I enjoyed the video and would like to see another one - I feel you might miss out on some astonishing items with half the budget.)
Groovy Costa cup, barg Crystal bag, london books, love that chair thing, I need one of those!! I love it you suggest a £5 car boot challenge, now is that a £5 limit, or with an added £3?? how about a £7 challenge, best of both worlds?? Love this weeks car boot challenge, made me smile a lot, thank you x Just looked up that chair, and it is £32.99 on Amazon, so a complete barg that was!
Hi Mr C I love your chair so handy,I loved the duck family at the beginning of the video they would look nice in your roof garden,I miss Pumpkin’s and Mitten’s in your video. 😊
Many years ago i used to use one of those chairs when i went with my husband to his rock climbing areas and it was much better than sitting on a rock. Love the book about pubs on the river side the most.
Hello 👋 My Dearest Friend Mr. Carrington- Love Your Coffee Mug. Thank You For Taking Me Along With You At The Car Boot Sale. Loved The Brekkie And The Sunset Lamp. Give My Love To Pumpkin And Mittens For Me. I Also Love The Shirt You Are Wearing Today. Have A Great Day My Friend-From: Your Friend Always In Texas USA🤠🇺🇸🤗😉❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
So glad you saw someone about your back pain. I know how bad it can get. I’ve suffered with back pain for years. I love the carry away seat you got, i had one and there awsome. Great fines as always. 😊🇨🇦
Iwan, never be afraid to haggle, when told the price of something, I always ask if that is their best price and I usually get a discount. My favourite at the boot sale was the milk jug. From your purchases it has to be the books and the crystals for me - I love a good book.
Hi Mr C, loved this vlog Chair is excellent find I like the Sunset light, I live near the beach in Perth, Western Australia, so, I do see lots of sunsets 🤣 Crystals were a great bargain 👏🏼👏🏼 Have a great week 🦘🌻🦘
Mr C. Glad you are seeing someone for your back. Try the large lidocaine patches. Also an ice pack....about 20 minutes on the spot through a linen towel. I have had problems for a long time and these really have helped me. Just a thought....AND as you age (!!!!!!?). watch your knees. Oh wait, it is 5:30 here in Philadelphia...time for my Bombay Sapphire ginnies!!!!
I liked the books best . They looked really interesting . I bet you will find somewhere really nice to go to in the summer. Will look forward to seeing some of these places on your vlogs in the future. Have a nice weekend. 👍
Love a car boot I go to our local one every Sunday. Ours is 50p per car or free on foot. I've had some real bargains over the years and also it's quite a large one so the exercise does me good too. Love what you found but I would have also bought the blue teapot and jug. I would not dare to only take 5 pounds but would love to see you try it. Lol.xx
Always lovely to go out with you This might be a bad idea but I'd like to have no budget and buy every single thing That cute little milk jug would have been mine for sure lol Hope your back is feeling better Thanks again Mr Carrington ❤
Good bargains yes I’ll be going to the one on Monday. Bank holiday got a week off work Liverpool is nice and sunny. Thank you for sharing. Take care. 😊👍
Thank you a great vlog i find the car boot sales very relaxing i think the music helps. I guessed the books would be a purchase but not the other items. Thank you so much for sharing. 😊❤
Here in Germany they only really have an entrance fee for indoor flea-markets. The outdoor ones are financed by the vendors. I suppose they want to stop people from just browsing but it does seem a bit counterproductive. Even browsers will probably end up buying something and the more buyers the more vendors I would have thought.
My favourite item from the car boot sale is the seat for a picnic or a ball game or a concert!! I have 2 and I love them. Mine don’t have the pocket on them like yours does! That looks very handy! Enjoy!! Susan🇨🇦
Great vlog. Love seeing different car boot sales. How much was the chair, as I don’t think you said. That was the best purchase in my opinion- so handy to have x
I'm sure you will take us to some of those locations in that book and also to the pubs with Luke., can't wait! Of course the grass does not count, its not a second hand item, it's something absolutely necessary for Pumpkin and Mittens.😊
Hi Iwan, thank you for your video. I have loads of crystals, I place them at the bottom of a clear glass vase, fill with water and then add flowers or greenery. Mmmm I'm sure P and M will enjoy the grass. Hope your back improves. Take care Gale x
I Totally Love your videos especially the car boot sales. We visit Britain every year and I’m going to look for a car boot sale when we’re there next time. We Love you all the way in Chico, California. Vicki
Crystals - white one is opalite, green is adventurine, pink is rose quartz, green/pink is unakite, black is obsidian, orange is carnelian, brown ones are tigers eye and you also have a few agates
The chair is a very good find. I have very bad lower back pain. I would use that chair for back support in our camper van believe it or not. There is nothing to lean on except the back doors where our bed is and the doors are concave. I need to prop a support up like that to sit and read on the bed. Excellent buy. Then the sunset lamp is so cool, love it. And the crystals are lovely. Wash them. Then put them in a glass bowl with water and abit of salt, just a pich. Soak them outside in the sun to cleanse and recharge and outside when there is a full moon. The one pendant is a Reiki symbol I recognise because I studied Reiki. "Cho Ku Rei Symbol Meaning Cho Ku Rei symbol indicates power and action. It represents energy with a direction and purpose. The symbol is used to support all other Reiki instruments." I'm not sure what the other symbol is on the pendant, I couldn't get a good look. You can look up Reiki Symbols to see if it is. I thought you might pick up the white jug with the blue design. Loved that and the teapot. I don't think you should include the kitties grass in the 10 pound budget. It is a staple. Lol. 😉 Yes, see what you can find in a 5 pound budget just for fun. It is tight. See what you can pick up for free. Just for fun. I went to a flea market on Sunday over here in Germany. I arrived late and people had started to pack up. One stall said everything is free. And nice stuff. I picked up the following: Sunglasses case Safety glasses for when I use the bushcutter. 😅 A soft poloneck A skirt A hot pink sports bra.😅 A new handbag A soft cream dressing gown with light grey hearts on. All for free. It was such fun. I always thank the people. Sometimes I pick up things for people I know and family if something is too small for me. Spread the love. Everything I pick up gets washed well. So nice of the stall people. Then I bought a brand new dress with tags at another stall for 1 euro. A new roll of Ikea craft paper for 2 eu. A bigish vintage looking square jar with metal clip full of shells. I love crystals and shells. 😂 And I found a vial with faux diamantes for. 50c. Exactly what I needed to fix a t-shirt that is missing a diamante out of a clasp. And I need to fix a belt that has one stone missing. Totally random find I never see anywhere. So I have fixed up something that just needed stones replaced. I think I did very well on this day. You can try the 5 pound challange just for fun. Just now you will have to go to the zero pound challange, lol. You always pick up fun things. I hope your back feels abit better. 🤗👋 Ciao Ciao
Hi Mr C - those crystals for 50p wow!!!! 🤩 what an absolute steal - they are worth quite a few pounds at least. The pendants could be a keyring DIY project or donate to make necklaces with a piece of leather? Great challenge! Go for the fiver - you can do it easily 😊
Hello I enjoyed the video at the car boot sale I liked the large pineapple and the wicker rack of your purchases my favourite was the chair and the gem stones I would like to see your £5 challenge at the car boot sale hope you have a good week too sending lots of love 😊♥️♥️♥️xxx
You should have done this one a £15 challenge and you wouldn't have gone over! Yes, a £5 challenge would be interesting. You would have to get many 50p items. The London books were my fave. Thanks for bringing us this content!
That was fun! I liked the books the most. I was hoping I would see that pretty blue and white milk jug in your haul. ♥️ 😃 The chair will come in handy for you! 😊 it’s a lot of fun to see how you enjoy your day out and about! Thanks for taking us along!

Hi Mr C,, well you got some great bargins in this haul. The crystals and the chair were massive savings.

I liked the books best . They looked really interesting . I bet you will find somewhere really nice to go to in the summer. Will look forward to seeing some of these places on your vlogs in the future. Have a nice weekend. 👍
The thing about making a $10 £ challenge is that this could be the car boot you see items you really like. It a good thing you brought back up £££. ❤
Love a car boot I go to our local one every Sunday.
Ours is 50p per car or free on foot.
I've had some real bargains over the years and also it's quite a large one so the exercise does me good too.

Another great video at the boot sale enjoy the chair and the pub tour with Luke take care
I love the Christmas, sparkly, light up cup. Definitely my favourite!

Great vlog. Love seeing different car boot sales. How much was the chair, as I don’t think you said. That was the best purchase in my opinion- so handy to have x
Like all the vintage tins and the retro fondue pan!
Hi. That chair is great. Convenient for you when you go to an outdoor concert or even at the beach.
Enjoyed Ur video liked everything you bought not keen on restricting the budget though
I'm sure you will take us to some of those locations in that book and also to the pubs with Luke., can't wait!
Of course the grass does not count, its not a second hand item, it's something absolutely necessary for Pumpkin and Mittens.😊
Thank you for a super video, I have just ordered both of the London books you bought as they look fab - they didn’t cost £1 each unfortunately 😂😂
The 2 London books would be my fave but you did get a good haul... as usual!
Hi Iwan, thank you for your video. I have loads of crystals, I place them at the bottom of a clear glass vase, fill with water and then add flowers or greenery. Mmmm I'm sure P and M will enjoy the grass. Hope your back improves. Take care Gale x
Hi Mr C! You're a lost cause, but I love watching you! ❤. x
I Totally Love your videos especially the car boot sales. We visit Britain every year and I’m going to look for a car boot sale when we’re there next time. We Love you all the way in Chico, California. Vicki
Like the cup and book, all was fun!
I love seeing upcyling with bootsale or thrift items
Crystals - white one is opalite, green is adventurine, pink is rose quartz, green/pink is unakite, black is obsidian, orange is carnelian, brown ones are tigers eye and you also have a few agates
I'm a book lover so would have purchased the same two books, if I had been at the car-boot sale and beaten you to see and purchase them.
"Cho Ku Rei Symbol Meaning
Cho Ku Rei symbol indicates power and action. It represents energy with a direction and purpose. The symbol is used to support all other Reiki instruments."
I'm not sure what the other symbol is on the pendant, I couldn't get a good look.
You can look up Reiki Symbols to see if it is.
I thought you might pick up the white jug with the blue design. Loved that and the teapot.
I don't think you should include the kitties grass in the 10 pound budget. It is a staple. Lol. 😉
Yes, see what you can find in a 5 pound budget just for fun. It is tight.
See what you can pick up for free. Just for fun.
I went to a flea market on Sunday over here in Germany.
I arrived late and people had started to pack up.
One stall said everything is free. And nice stuff.
I picked up the following:
Sunglasses case
Safety glasses for when I use the bushcutter. 😅
A soft poloneck
A skirt
A hot pink sports bra.😅
A new handbag
A soft cream dressing gown with light grey hearts on.
And I found a vial with faux diamantes for.
Oh my God to long
@@elizabethcochrane9015 How rude!
@annecunnings7886 will it was long
Hi Mr C - those crystals for 50p wow!!!! 🤩 what an absolute steal - they are worth quite a few pounds at least. The pendants could be a keyring DIY project or donate to make necklaces with a piece of leather? Great challenge! Go for the fiver - you can do it easily 😊
Great bargains. Did love the milk jug. Thought that would have been one of your purchases 🤔 x

Some very interesting finds! I really like the fold up chair, great invention 👍 Glad your back is on the mend ❤️🩹
So glad you are on the mend!
You should have done this one a £15 challenge and you wouldn't have gone over! Yes, a £5 challenge would be interesting. You would have to get many 50p items. The London books were my fave. Thanks for bringing us this content!
