I think it looks really good. I wonder too if cream of mushroom soup and half n half or just milk and butter would make a good creamy base too. I want to try the soup I may add celery and mushrooms and a little garlic to mine when I try but yours looks so good too!!! Thank you! I've never thought of cilantro in the soup, but I love that too. i wonder if that tastes good in there?
she crab?? that's a new one for us I will have to look into it but I will say this, given the problems we had a long time ago with the crab population in the bay we don't eat females up here only the males. thanks for watching bro.
Thanks for posting this video. The crab meat used was pre-cooked and packaged so I assume that the reserved went on top the soup fer a garnish? Correct?
I feel I need to say this I’m living in Virginia and I have a month that I have to fast and I have to make soup our traditional soup from Africa takes three hours and a half it’s so nutritious but unfortunately that’s too much time for me to prepare especially while I’m working and fasting the whole day and I want to take benefits of three hours sleep after work but I was in Maryland once and i had cream of crab soup and I saw this video and it doesn’t take too much time to prepare I’m making it for the second year once every five days and I can’t thank you enough for this great video

Hello, I saw another video in which their recipe added milk. I only saw you added the heavy cream. Just trying to figure out what would be the difference in not adding milk?
thanks for watching, we made basic roux with the flour and butter so we could have just added milk, we like the extra richness the heavy cream adds, so we went with that, half and half would have worked as well
