I know they went to cards to replace the chit pull in AMFS and rhe Shattered Union series, but there is something that I think is super neat about the chit pull meathod. There are game stores here where I live that you can buy Crown Royal bags (I imagine this to be true just about anywhere), so I have a Crown Royal bag in with all ten of the games I have in this series. Having said that, again, I find something really cool about pulling the chits from a bag as opposed to the shuffle-the-cards-and-see-what-order-you-shuffled-up meathod. When you use the card meathod, the order of draw is set, and you get to see what that oder is going to be. However, with the chit draw, you could literally draw any of the remaining chits, and there is an added element of excitement with the chit draw meathod I feel.

Wayne; did you play the campaign? A friend who playtested early said the terrain was so ugly that the Union couldn't get there. Maybe they changed the map or movement?

John, I don't believe there is a campaign. There are a bunch of scenarios (6?) but I don't recall any sort of campaign linking them all together. So I suppose the answer to your question is no, I didn't play a campaign :)
