These were truly the BEST fajitas we have had. The fajitas in the restaurants pale in comparison. These were seasoned beautifully, the meat was tender, the peppers and onions were not overcooked. Packed with such delicious ingredients, I will definitely give this one an attempt...but nowhere near as expertly as you did my friend. I have a question about oreganos…what is the difference between Mexican and regular? When cooking Mexican dishes, and the recipe calls for “oregano”, do you always use Mexican? I have both, but am unclear when to use the Mexican kind. Thank you for your time and attention.
