Is that right? 21mins in. Allocating a hit to a single pioneer model in cover when the rest of the squad is in the open? So it gets a save? That doesn’t feel right?
Surely you only get to him once the ones in the open are killed? Defies sense (and the laws of physics).
From the core rules it says the benefit of cover is based on a model basis so we played it this way.
However, I do agree that it does seem a little strange.

Is the invictor the only unit fully judge before the game starts? If so, weren't the army rule got buffed and gives 2, 4, or 6 tokens depending on the points of the game.

Have I been getting the rules wrong? I thought infantry with the Fly keyword could move through terrain? Am I applying 9th logic?
We chatted this through. How the fly keyword makes infantry worse in 10th. If you know different, please let me/us know!
@rapid40k , it's not mentioned in the designer's commentary or FAQs to my knowledge. So I'd been playing it as the *Infantry* & *beast* keyword superceding the *Fly* keyword, allowing them to move through walls. Infantry landing on the feature would measure the diagonals, etc. *Monsters* and *vehicles* have to go up and over, as would Infantry or Beasts wanting to land on the floors. I think that's generally accepted? I just wanted to make sure I've not been playing the wrong all edition!
