Hi! My understanding is that they want to see how you work in a group setting, so SMILE! There was no current affairs/ news discussion during my experience.
The best interview! I went to the same location in Houston! Got my CJO. It felt like home. I had interview options with Delta and American. #mainlinebaby! Congrats gorgeous
So sorry for the late response. How'd it go? If you havent gone yet, I will say they are watching from the moment you walk in so please have all your documents ready, don't appear flustered. SMILE. Show you are a team player and try to make a meaningful connection with at least one of the recruiters.
Congrats on your F2F! There are both group and individual portions. Definitely be friendly to everyone and maybe even make a friend for the day. For individual portions, you can always google the possible interview questions. My advice is to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Don't worry about looking at the time. Find something that both you and your recruiter connect on and expand on it.
I have a interview with united next week, Im from Houston born and raised. I know this is a stretch but if you are from a city like houston do they move you to a different city after training is done cause you are from their?
No, they do not move you to a different city. You are required to accept any base they offer. If you choose to move to that base, you can do so, at your own expense. But if you choose not to live at your base, you can commute, or fly, to your base. Many people do that.
Hi Christian, my apologies for taking so long to respond. How did your interview go? Unfortunately, with any Airline application you agree that you are willing to move to whatever city you are given (on your own accord). I personally commute because I know I didn’t want to move, however if you are from Houston and they have base in Houston, you can eventually put in a transfer to Houston
Hi there We didn’t get a chance to meet before you left OO. I just applied and did the online interview last night. I’m excited and waiting for the next steps!!
Thank you! I have been trying to look up the correct answer for you, but haven't been able to get a set answer. I just know you have to be at least 5 ft without shoes (may be different now). I am 5'3 1/2 if that helps!
Congratulations 🎉 I have a question regarding the CJO and training Information email. Did they take a few days for the CJO or did they give it to you while you were there? Also did your training email come in after your CJO?
Thanks, Bianca! I personlly recieved my CTO in person, but this isn't always the case. I've seen plenty of people receive an email days after the interview. The training email did not come right away for me. It took a week or two.
You are impossibly gorgeous! The skin, hair, eyes, teeth.
Flawless.
Congratulations.
Thank you!🥰
For group discussion, what topics ? Is about current affairs/news ?
Hi! My understanding is that they want to see how you work in a group setting, so SMILE! There was no current affairs/ news discussion during my experience.
