Bravo!!!! A great performance this is. Imagine hearing this concerto for the first time with Paganini playing it. The audiences couldn't believe the things he was doing with the violin - octaves, tenths, thirds in double stops, harmonics, up bow staccatos down bow staccatos,... everything which they had never heard before. Now, we sort of take it for granted but back then, only one violinist was doing this - Paganini.
People don't appreciate Paganini enough.

One of the best performances of Paganini’s 2nd violin concerto. He just play the third movement so well!
I like how he played the main theme. Initially didn't expect that amount of aggression, it makes the overall tone sharp and snappy.

Only a great human being like Svetlin Roussev, can achieve this wonderfull kind of musical velvet and sharpness in the same time. Meaning the Symphonic Orchestra in consequence, feels the Joy of sharing the Musical True and gives the best when there in front of them is not Only a great violonist but a real character !!
