Hahaha, to make things fly out of the nowhere is where Animation comes in picture. BTW, the little cylindrical item beneath final part is spring system to keep products out of production line, once it has been completed..
@dreamenginestudio the spring just lifts the part..doesn't take it out of the die... BTW I'm doing this job for almost 30 years..progressive dies /injection and aluminum molds so I'm telling u..what u have done in this video isn't 100% correct

Can you suggest me a book or whatever where i can learn more about all the needed components. Modelling this isnt really hard, almost all parts are prizmatic, but what i am really curious is when How to determine dimensions of base plate and where exactly to put holes on it so that i can attach all other parts ? Did i explain it good ?🥹😅

Regarding softwares, we use a mix of softwares to model, animate and render and then composite the whole video.

The die will not work. The form punch contacts the strip and starts forming the strip before the cutoff punch cuts off the part.

We use a variety of softwares, based on the requirement and process in animation. One software cannot fulfil it.
