Absolutely agreed. In fact, she is the entire polar opposite of Darrell Brooks- a true narcissist. Jennifer Dorow is obviously incredibly aware that this world is huge, there's so many of us here on this earth, and none of us is above each other, nor are any of us above the law. She is so caring and considerate of the community and how the collective functions, she has care for the mental and emotional well-being of communities and of individuals, she shows empathy towards even the lowest of individuals. She clearly takes balance and fairness seriously. I wish people like her would run for president. But I suppose the corrupt system would eat her up, which is sad. Nevertheless, I am grateful such individuals are part of the justice system and it gives me some hope for humanity!

She exemplifies what current and future law professionals should aspire to be: poised, knowledgeable, patient, and STRONG. She caught so much flak for how patient she was throughout the whole trial, but she navigated the case exactly as she should have. She gave chances, she laid down (and properly cited) the law when needed, and she did not leave an INCH for a potential mistrial. One thing that is being overlooked with an important action was she stood up to Brooks when he was attempting to use his abusive tactics. She didn't react the way he was wanting. She called him out for staring her down and making her feel afraid and walked out of the room. People like him hate that. He ran up against very strong women in court (entire prosecution was awesome). I just want Judge Dorow to know how grateful I am she showed that to the world. It can be done.💜💜💜

While I think Judge Dorow handled everything perfectly, in a normal circumstance I would never tell a narcissist that they are scaring me or intimidating me because that makes them feel powerful and in control. She had to say that for the record but other than that the best way to interact with a narc (if you absolutely have to) is to keep your cool and not let them get to you or talk you in circles. They’ll try to tire you out by arguing and it’s best to redirect them back to the topic when they do this or walk away if possible. Always best to just walk away. And so watching through the entire trial, and the interviews she’s done subsequently where she speaks openly about her beliefs, I can only try to imagine how aggravating and difficult it must’ve been for Judge Dorrow - a true believer in every sense - to have to sit there and tolerate a rodent like Darrel Brooks while he uses his prison issued bible as a prop in a desperate bid to avoid punishment for intentionally mowing down kids and grannies at a Xmas parade.

The lady is a force of nature and I have never felt so much respect for a person I have never met. She did her job despite all the difficulties Darrell Brooks threw at her every hour of every day during that trial. The only time I saw her patience run out was at the sentencing hearing when she whole heartedly refused to let him back in the courtroom and kudos to her for doing so. I prayed that he would do the people of this tragedy a kindness and say sorry individually to the people he murdered let alone to the many he injured but it never came and my heart broke for THEM not for him. He could have pled out right at the start but his ego is so inflated he really thought he could somehow get away with at least a lesser sentence. Stupi stupid man. I hope she goes on to enjoy the rest of her career as a superior judge or not.
