One thing about good Ol Arch, he has a heart of gold, and a smooch stain from good Ol, Sammy, but most importantly of all he was intelligent enough to remember everything Edith taught him, if only Life could imitate Art,
This was the last episode where we saw the beautiful, ambitious and shrewd Stephanie. The next season she was transformed into an apathetic, boy crazy, sassy teenager. It's like I was watching a different girl the last couple years of Archie's Place.
This was a season two episode held back until season three because of the 1981 Writers Guild Strike. In the actual S3 episodes the Stephanie character was really scaled back.
I’m looking on eBay to scare up a Polaroid Spectra System that my oldest son (47 going on 48) wanted for Christmas in 1993, but instead my mother wound up getting the One Step model instead. In spite of the comeback of the One Step model, I’m just wondering if it’s possible to still find film for a Spectra System?
His autopsy it was ruled cancer and he was cremated and he was buried at Westwood memorial Park in Los Angeles California and he was married to Katherine and had 6 dozen kids named Archie and Bentley and Sarah and woody and he was a radio operator in world war two and he had a star on the Hollywood walk of fame and its a true story and rest in peace Norman Lear amen
In the first couple seasons Stephanie often unnecessarily 22:38 wore a coat or sweater. I wonder if they were trying to cover up Danielle's growing chest. Finally in S3 they let the Brise Boys lose.
Archie Bunker's Place really isn't a Norman Lear show. By this point, the reins had pretty much been turned over to CoC. And since the character of Billie was added so late, I don't think she is really associated with the Lear sphere.
I did not like this episode because Stephanie humiliated Archie in public, and then tried to excuse it by saying she loved him. Look at the hurt expression on his face in the thumbnail.
The child Stephanie wanted to borrow Archie bunkers camera, but this camera is nothing but junk because when he picked it up, it just fell apart, and I would just say, buy another camera and let Stephanie use it for a while then she could save up some money and have the film developed or her uncle Archie bunker do it.

I love all the episodes with her, thanks to you, I watch these every day now ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️👍👍👍
Season 3 was the best season of this show, thanks for posting.
This was actually shot in season two but put in the can by CBS until season three.

That's called puberity / growing up / getting teenager.
Well, she was growing up.
Simply teen age... Crazy age...
One of the rare mentions of Edith by name after her death.
❤

How do you know this?
Some people still use the Kodak Six - 20 Flash Brownie camera these days. At least, according to Google.

Thanks for showing the deleted scenes
Meaning, scenes edited out for the modern day advertisements?!

Archie Bunker's Place has aired exactly like this on Antenna TV since 2018. There has been no additional footage restored.
Nice episode.

Barry Bloom was a good foil for Archie - I wish they had kept him around.

I LOVE ARCHIE AND S|TEPHANIE!!!

Funny how the character's name was Stephanie Mills. Around the time of this season, the singer of the same name sang "Never Knew Love Like This."
Umm, Danielle actually stole Stephanie Mills' name for her character after seeing the real Stephanie Mills in The Wiz.....
What happened to the restaurant? It didn’t last past season 1
Umm, no.. The restaurant was featured more in the latter seasons...
Can you do a top 5 best Billie Moments in honor of her birthday on July 17th?

@@lobohobo9218 no, but they still show stuff from when Billie appeared.
I hate thee Archie Bunker's Place introduction.
It’s not too bad, but if the writers had played their cards right, Veronica Rooney would have stayed on possibly becoming the second Mrs. Bunker?!
Yea I like the all in the family song way better. I can sing every word. lol
I luvvv it. So much better than Archie and Edith singing out of tune.
Both are great
Stephanie was so hot! Her 'lil friend Amy Bloom wasn't bad either.
Great Caesar’s Ghost!
