I think in the WALL-E movie it mentioned there was some sort of gym on the ship? Not very sure, but I think it was mentioned during the message to the Captain from the President if they found a live specimen on Earth
Stoatclaw1012 they do mention that in that message part in Wall-e in the message I assume that it must’ve been a pre-recorded message from probably from between 2105 and 2110 but maybe when the axiom was first made they did have a jogging track because they say in the movie “ now I’m sure you and your passengers have suffered some slight bone loss but I’m sure a few laps around the ships jogging track will get you back in shape in no time. And the captain is confused and says we have a jogging track but maybe at that point they did but not anymore after 700 years or just no one used it so yeah they kind of did forget a gym

Puddinghead 3434 Puddinghead 3434 I vaguely remember there being some scenes where you could see babies on the ship, but other than that, I really don't have any idea why there seems to be no children or teens on the ship. Strange, isn't it? Maybe there was some sort of Noah's ark-esque program on the ship, which maybe kept some animal DNA or something. Also I'd imagine that they probably just ejected corpses into space lmao

Pixar needs to make a movie that takes place 700 years before WALL-E in 2105 and it shows the construction of the BNL Starliners and WALL-E's. Also shows the garbage getting built up and the rise of the automobiles.
Not needed tbh, and they said they wouldnt make a Wall-E 2 because there was a beginning, a middle and an end to the story, so it would be unnecessary to have a prequel like that. Besides, the beginning of the Wall-E game tales place before the Axiom and the other starliners took off

Wait, if the Axiom is basically a mall in space, and all jobs are performed by robots, what do the humans do to earn money? Ejecting rubbish into space also posed some questions. Where do they replenish the mass loss? Do they somehow suck it out of space or make pitstops at asteroids?
That song in the background is heard in Monsters Inc. when Mike talks to Roz and in Finding Nemo when Nemo and the Tank Gang watch Dr. Sherman perform a root canal.
This was supposed to be a luxurious space hotel to accommodate for people until the can return to earth but it raises so many questions! First of all its been 7 generations that live on that ship and we can see that noone is working, they just move around all day doing nothing but eating and chatting, so the first generation has paid for 7 more generations to live on the axiom? because there are different boarding classes as we saw and they "buy" shit. But even if the machines create everything the humans need, where do the machines find the raw materials needed for everything? We saw that they just eject their garbage in space so no recycling, thus eventually they would have to run out of grude materials needed. Now, the technology they have is amazing, they have reached the technological utopia where the robots do everything and they people have to do nothing so why is cleaning the earth from the trash such a problem for them? Moreover, we saw that the Axiom is able of deep interstellar travel within seconds which means that they also mastered technologies like warp drive or wormhole generation traveling, so why dont they just move to a new planet similar to earth? Even today, just be looking at planets from our home we have found several that could by inhabitable by humans so they could just move to one. I dont hate the movie, its great but they took way too many liberties to create it, also making inhabitable because its full of trash is not a realistic problem cause as our technology advances we recycle more and more, but also because eventually the Earth will not have enough natural resources to accommodate for humanity and we will have to transcend past it, especially if we had master interstellar traveling, looking for new planets to live would be all we would be doing.
Ok, so it was a 5 year trip, which got extended for another 695 years. Now here’s my question, how in the hell did they maintain food supplies, oxygen, water and fuel. Your telling me that there were 600,000 people to begin with, yet there’s no medical bays in case of any pregnancies, plus there’s not trees or agricultural resources that can maintain this type of consumerism (getting fat to the point of being unable to walk), and keeping the engines running for that long. @lightning881 If any had survived they would have been in contact with each other and returned to Earth around the same time or shortly after the Axiom. Still, most people on earth would have been left to die. A very small percentage of people could afford a cruise ship ticket that lasted for the rest of your life. Also, if this were real life, there probably would have been a revolt if people were forced to stay on the ship considerably longer than scheduled, no matter how luxurious it was.

+Luke Clark (clarkster) how are they then?
I bet my prankster bots love the axion.
Okay, it looks like a mixup of Coruscant in a super star destroyer
They probably already have the death star rebuilt into resort
The United States is going to hell in a handbasket right now. Can I get on the Axiom and leave already?
@lightning881 If any had survived they would have been in contact with each other and returned to Earth around the same time or shortly after the Axiom. Still, most people on earth would have been left to die. A very small percentage of people could afford a cruise ship ticket that lasted for the rest of your life. Also, if this were real life, there probably would have been a revolt if people were forced to stay on the ship considerably longer than scheduled, no matter how luxurious it was.
