    00:00 [01] Utsuwa (器, "Container")
02:45 [02] Kuuchuu Shinri (空中心理, "Aeromentality"
05:53 [03] Rokkon Shoujou (六根清浄, "Purification of the Six Roots of Perception")
09:22 [04] Keu (ケウ, "Temporary Existence")
[^Note: Difficult to say without context, but for track 02 "Mind in the Clouds" might work. Literally translates to "Mid-Air Mind State".]
ZETU, pronounced "zetsu" comes from from 絶, a character that holds a lot of meanings depending on how it's used, but I would essentially boil down its individual meaning to "absolute".
The album title is rough to translate. It's pronounced "Ninja Panku Bugēchō" from 忍者帆苦武芸帳. There is a double-entendre to 帆苦, pronounced "hanku" or when said in conjunction with the other words I believe said "panku" the same as the Japanese pronunciation of "punk" (would never have put that together myself if the uploader hadn't written it as "Punk"), the characters used for this phonetic pun aren't normally seen together like that but individually mean "sail" and "suffering".
武芸 means "martial arts", and 帳 means "book". The whole thing is a reference to 忍者武芸帳 or Ninja Bugēchō, an old manga series and early anime often translated "Tales of the Ninja".
Add it all together and it probably comes out to something along the lines of "Ninja Punk Martial Arts Chronicle" or "Tales of the Ninja Punks" if you want to draw a closer parallel to the manga reference, with a double-meaning I could only really guess at the meaning of.
