To think Kintoki here is such an easy hateable character ,but later on ,when the Silver Soul arc comes around ,he redeems himself wanting to make up to Gintoki for all the problems he caused him ,and honorably dies sacrificing his life for the greater good along with Tama ,man Sorachi makes it so hard to hate even the antagonists , that's some quality 👌level of writting
Mitsuba, Itou, Kintaro, Seita meeting Hinowa, Otose in ep 211, Elizabeth's goodbye all made me cried buckets of tears. Got misty-eyed or shed a tear probably a dozen other times besides these moments. This is just up until the Kintama arc. The rest of the series hits even harder. Gintama loves to remind me how emotionally unstable I am.
