The graphics and lighting in this game is amazing! Seeing the gameplay here, this is probably the best life simulation game competitor to The Sims I’ve seen so far. 👏🏻
EA must be crapping themselves. as a cozy farm sim guy, im not sure this for me as id like not to sim my real-life experiences lol. but this might finally be the Sims killer everyone has been hoping for, for the last 20 yrs

This is what the sims sould have been. Magical
They really haven't had any kind of competition, so this game here is definitely something that may light that fire for the Sims to start innovating.
We didn't have the tech for it back then, come on!
@Joe-no7gsjust like when you worried about ai? You can't block progress buddy, humanity will adapt
So, after looking at the beta video, some thing that they need to improve are:
- All the clothing are heavily "kpop" oriented for young people, that nothing fit a middle age and older character
- the animation also the same for young adult and middle age/elder, the old look are only cosmetics
- the babies are totally self reliant rather than need to be taken care off, you can just leave the baby at home entire day alone fine, bad immersion
- season and weather are cosmetic only and have no effect on the character life whatsoever
- it's Freaking HARD to die
- no causal effect, exp: if your character a couple and one of them died, the other just moving along like nothing happen
- Pet won't be in the release, maybe in the next update or worse, a dlc
Uh oh... That makes me a lot more worried for this game.
Thankfully they're listening to everyones feedback.

Looks really freaking impressive, though the jacked graphics make me worried the game will be a complete lagfest on release.
Also looks like the character creation might struggle a bit with creating any character that doesn't look Korean. At least from the things previewed here (which isn't a huge problem considering the whole game is based on modern Korean lifestyle, but having ALL options for a life sim seems important)

It's still lagging and the state are not GOLD yet, that means they still developing
lag is because game is in early stages. Optimization is last in game design. Near last anyways.
There’s RUclipsrs who’ve demo’d the game and to make a “non Korean” character is very easy.

It's about time that The Sims got some real competition.
Finally a worthy competitor to the Sims. Hopefully it succeeds and it scares EA to stop making greedy tactics with their game. My only gripe is that the facial features look too... beauty-filter-ish. Unlike the Sims, where it is cartoony, but close to human; this one is too beautiful. Kinda like those erm... "adult" games.
If the graphics bug you then just turn the resolution down to 480p. Problem solved

@@totalrko, The Sims has RPG elements. Big time. It's a huge part of what makes the game so popular with some players. So a game trying to be like The Sims will probably have them too.
true quest elements are for next gen ps6/shitbox series 0. At some point someone will make a life sim remiscent to the Westworld TV series world. for Ps7 era and beyond VR will be incorporated.
