I'm so glad for Porter Robinson and Madeon (along with A-1 Pictures and Crunchyroll) that their work "Shelter" is trending! Works like these, they are like concentrated emotion. In a short story and animation, every frame and every second counts. In fact, the story isn't complex at all. The fact that it's simple is why it's so powerful...
I hope that more and more anime-related content becomes more popular and joins the ranks of trending videos. Stories like these, they have value. Art enriches the soul, and using anime and music as a medium is a very powerful tool to do that~
I've been obsessing over this music ever since I saw the short story animation. I'm truly inspired by the animators and musicians involved in the making of "Shelter". Hope you guys enjoy this arrangement!

Here's what happened: My Shelter (Synthesia) video got taken down. I got one strike. I made this cover private. Now that the strike has expired, I'm comfortable in making this public - because I have a buffer, and I seriously like this cover and I want others to enjoy it as well~

I’m crying at 1:11AM right now on August 25th, 2020. I was looking back at some of my old playlists and I just wasn’t expecting to just remember times before quarantine and the friendships I used to have. Shelter is one of the songs that helped me through hard times and I’m glad you made this piano cover. It is just beautiful and thank you for making it.

I remember a line from a star wars novel that sums it up perfectly. It's something along the lines of "With growing hard there is also the risk of getting brittle".

No. Piano's are non electrical. They're all acoustic. Keyboards are electrical. There's a difference in how they're played in that keyboards don't have a large range of "loudness". It's much harder to get emotions on keyboards than on pianos.

All of your the cover's make me feel this way. For me the piano is the one instrument that has the capacity to convey my emotion's when I play. To the discerning ear you could perceive whenever I feel sad, happy, or distraught whenever I play. The piano is like an extension of myself. For some time now, I have known that you have the same connection, without even having to see or hear you say it. Through all the cover's that I have listened to by you, I am aware that you care substantially about your subscriber's. If it were not for you, I would have never started to play the piano again.

This is a really, really, really beautiful piano cover. I played piano for about 8 years or so, but I stopped due to being busy with school and regular life, but I always go back to playing piano when I feel stressed and overwhelmed to relax. Listening to your music time and time again has always awakened that part of me to want to come back and play the piano again. When the video for this song was released, I almost cried when I watched it, and hearing the piano cover, I really want to learn the song now too. If there is sheet music for this, I would really like to get my hands on it so I can learn to play this song!
