    mera baby 50 days ka hai jis wajha se mai raat ko so nhi pati aur din bhar headache and body pain rehta hai ye yoga aaj mere bahut kaam aaya😊i am deeling refresh after doing this aur ye feeling bhi acchi hai ke motherhood wali busy life m thoda time apne liye nikal payi i am so grateful to you😊

    I respect your intention of showing this technique. And as a Professional, I want to say that in modern times, our minds have become monkey and so such long duration meditation won't work. The best approach to meditation is doing One-Three Breathing Meditation many times a day to get the full benefits. It is not the Intensity, it is the Frequency that brings the desired results. Keep Smiling my dear. KCD

    Informative video sir. am preparing for NEET from 1 year and due to stress and study load i can't study properly, my concentration towards study becomes zero day by day.     Yes sometimes I was very angry without any reason,I was nervous and I had see evil dreams after doing this medication....my anxiety and angerness is all over this way .. Thankyou so much. Ma'am ...this medication was really beneficial for specially me❤

    Vandana, this was an excellent session. Thanks very much indeed. Just one small point. In the midst of the meditation, you talk about individual consciousness and higher consciousness.     Thank you for the Guided Meditation. Started doing Meditation after decades. I will continue. I am from Tamilnadu TN & know Hindi. Please Add Subtitles for People who don't know Hindi.
    I have aniexty & depression and feel a little better now. I procasinate to do meditation. But i will follow the meditation. Thank you madam.
