@@GeminiJayHaha, good idea! 9; 9 horsepower is enough! Because this boat has an inflatable floor, its rigidity is soft for a high-horsepower engine. Unless you install an aluminum floor. I hope this reminder can help you.😀
55lbs thrust Newport Electric Trolling motor, but I’d recommend getting as high of thrust as possible. Max speed on 55lbs thrust with the boat loaded up was about 7kph or 5mph
The Bimini is the Intex Mariner 3/4 Bimini, I attached it with a steel karabiner to the side rope, it’s best to put it through the middle of the overlap of rope near the middle plastic portion
If this video hits 100 likes, I’ll make a more in-depth tutorial next May 🎉
Hi, nice video. Can you do a video on how to install the canopy on the boat? Thanks…
I definitely will make one in the future when I’m back on the water 🛥️
I'm waiting to learn how to install a binini on my Tobin@@GeminiJay
I bough one same boat when on sale last week. I use my 20hp tohatsu to push it, fun boat.
I have an electric trolling motor right now, but I’m starting to debate getting a 12-15HP gas motor

Cool setup. We’re looking to replace our fishmaster canvas boat.
Tested recently, even in storms it’s able to hold up very well
Nice setup. May I know where did you purchase is it? Also, can you share the link of the canopy cover?
Canopy Cover is Intex Mariner 3/4 Bimini, boat is from Costco
Hey bro, what size of trolling motor are you pairing it with

@@GeminiJaythanks bro. I have my eyes on the 55lbs as well seems a good fit for the boat, and will save for a 15 hp Honda in the future :)
The seat covers from Amazon what size are they. Thanks
I believe Size C - 38” but they are a little large
Hi what is the width of the bimini for this inflatable boat as I know width of the Tobin 62.9"
The Bimini is the Intex Mariner 3/4 Bimini, I attached it with a steel karabiner to the side rope, it’s best to put it through the middle of the overlap of rope near the middle plastic portion
Does the boat come with the transom mount for the trolling motor?
Mount came with the motor, transom is a permanent part of the boat
How does this compare to the Intex mariner 3 or 4? Deciding between these
If you’re willing to take the cost hit, go Tobin for sure. Plastic is almost military grade
@@GeminiJay Thanks bud
Is it heal welded ?
It’s all plastic but it seems to be fused, the transom is a piece of wood (I drilled through it to add some back wheel mounts)
