    सर आप का कैसे धन्यवाद करू आप की वजह से मेरा गला ठीक हो गया - मुझे हमेसा गले मैं ऐसा लगता था जैसे गले को अंदर से किसी ने बाँध रखा हो - मैंने खूब इलाज करवा मगर ठीक नही हुआ हमेसा गला सुका रहता था बहुत दुख होता था 😭- फिर आपका वीडियो देखा तब पता चला मेरे गले मैं कोई दिक्कत नही थी मुझे डिसordar हुआ था - लेकिन मुझे सांस लेने मैं दिक्कत होती थी - आपने मेरी इस बीमारी को जड़ से ख्तम कर दिया - मैं आपसे मिलने जरूर आऊंगा सर - Thanks Sir ❤❤ - जय हिंद

    Aaj 1 saal se zyada ho gya. Main is ghabrahat jaise bimari se joojh raha hu.. Par sir ki video dekh kar thora relax feel ho jata hai.. Thank you sir.. Thank you so much. Bass ek problem hai. Main is bimari se nikal nhi pa raha hu.. Harr roz maut ko mahsoos karta hu.. Aisa lagta hai aaj ka din mera aakhri din hoga.. Par maine sir ki video se bht kuch seekha hai.. Aur mujhe fayda bhi hua hai..bass aap log ki dua chahiye main jald se jald theek ho jau.. Bht thak gya hu apni zindagi se.. Is bimari k wajah se.. Upar wala. Aisi bimari kisi dushman ko bhi na de.. 😔

      Take magnesium tablets and vitamin D along with physical activities or gym whatsoever u can do to entertain your brain I’m doing same and it’s given results.

    First inhale from first nose five times then left nose INHALE and EXHALE.
    Can we inhale first from left nose hold 5 second then exhale same as right nose.

    1..Bhasrika 1min. Kapalabhati 1min Exercise 5min in VEDNAVIPASNA Walk 10min
    Reapit this Cycle for 30min to 1hr as per requirement or till good result
