Love them all. I’ve done Switzerland and it was breathtaking. Started from Zurich, Stein am Rhein, Guarda, UNESCO Biosphäre Entlebuch, Lauterbrunnen, Gruyères, and lastly Geneve.
I'm with you on liking mountains. Just had a super ride out with friends today in the Serania de Ronda mountains in behind the Costa Del Sol (Near Marbella, Spain). We all agreed that we were so priveleged to be able to ride such amazing roads, with beautiful scenery, both mountains and valleys, and most of the route with hardly any traffic. Picked figs and blackberies. Paradise. I am so lucky to have such a place on my doorstep.
Loads of great places to go. Thanks. The touring is the best bit. We want to tour a bit of Europe next year, first time abroad with van. At mo thinking Denmark, Sweden, stops on route. That or France for 3 weeks. We have a large camper van, 2 + 2 kids. Normally use a pup tent as a shed for overnights. Notice you had a trailer was thinking of that but if we need an overnight wild camp not sure how good that is or just Touring / overnight with it is. Just trying to pursued my Better Half we need a trailer with the bikes on top !
Switzerland caters to motorhomes well. Lautterbrunen is a great example. Jungfrau camping park has brilliant facilities...central for day trips by rail. Cars arent always welcome to destinations and certainly not RVs. Summertime!
Thanks. Most of these were shot on a DJI Mavic Pro, but we accidentally sent that for a swim in the bottom of a lake in France, so now we have a Mavic Pro 2. Awesome machine.
Goodness, where to go first..! 😃 Which would you say is best for beginners, and which ones would need the van winterised even in summer? I’d love to know which country’s food you enjoyed the most?
How long, in reality, do you need to allow for a reasonable trip to Norway, starting in the UK? Such a shame there are no ferries anymore from here. Kinda puts me off due to the perceived time it would take to get there.

Thank you for this. I had already planned to go to Norway first as soon as I have my van next year.
I will then go to the other places you have shown.
You certainly seem to love your mountains, Kat. Can’t say I blame you with scenery like that.
Nice list 👌

Did u say Norway in October?? Surely it will be dark very early, I was thinking summer would be a better option?
Summer is lovely but we’re hoping to see the northern lights. Could be a complete disaster I admit 😬🙈
Northern lights should be fantastic, enjoy
Greece?
Sadly not been there yet. On thé bucket list
