I had a clean kickflip, could catch it on the way up and actually gain height after the catch, i could do it consistently down sets of 6+ stairs and big gaps, but i struggled to fully fling a 360 flip all the way around. I could do fakie big flips though.
when your bigger a tre is easier i think. i couldnt do tres that well when i was like 100 pound 12 years old but i could kickflip like butter down big sets all day
@@Sam_Mitch i know more people who can tre or big spin and cannot kickflip, heelflip, bs shuv than vice versa. just my experience i also hate people learning a tre and thinking its goated. you want attention now a days have some style or do inwards lol

i think it depends on your size. i still think a nice kickflip is still the best sign of someone's skills
