If on Xbox restart your console; quick resume can stop it from getting installed properly. On PC, you can use devmode to cheat and find a train nearby. Click "Sim Objects" entry in Debug menu, then in UNKNOWN category, look for objects with class AICreateSimulatedObject and tick the label box to show position info. Most customers gave the same feedback, so I will be sure to increase the density of trains in a future update.
I was excited to purchase this product but i havent been able to locate a single train. :(
