Be careful when storing your paper towels in the utility closet. The paper towels could catch fire. Just a heads up

I was just coming to comment the same. Neither of those closets, really, should be used for storage. There are fire hazards plus, if the mechanical stuff breaks and floods, you'll lose everything you've got stored in there. And even if there's no major drama, maintenance workers will need easy access to those units. I totally feel like somebody's mom right now...yikes...but those closets really should be cleared.

I don't wanna come across like a know-it-all. I'm just saying this as someone whose HVAC closet is inside her actual closet; my AC went on the fritz this summer and water went EVERYWHERE. (Like, so much water it soaked through the walls and floors and into the apartment below mine) And because the HVAC closet was in my clothes closet, it was such an ordeal :/ Storage + HVAC and hot water tanks don't mix.

definitely recommend putting the trader joe’s chocolate in the fridge or freezer!! it’s a game changer! i eat less of then when in the fridge and they r a perfect pre workout treat!

I love the apartment. I feel that is a design flaw that the laundry is in the one bathroom. I guess it'd be nice if it was like in the main hallway. But I guess that since you two are good friends that WANTED to room together that it makes it easier. If you were roommates that were strangers beforehand I could clearly see the downside to it.

just a heads up. You might want to talk to your dad when storing too much by the water heater. It has a pilot light and you don't want to have too much because of combustibility. Be safe.

you are the 8th person i've heard who says paris is one of their least favourite places they've ever been, and in fact I've never had someone say it was their favourite unless it's the only place they've been in europe which is very interesting to me!! i've never been anywhere outside of north america, but i've heard paris is scary and dangerous alot of the time
