IMHO this is the best rendition of this hymn by the best acapella band. The singing, harmonies & beatboxing are incomparable. If you haven't heard their collaboration with the Oak Ridge Boys ("Beautiful Star of Bethlehem") or Alabama ("Christmas in Dixie"), they're both perfect for this season.
It is SO easy to forget Home Free is acapella. Adam Rupp's vocal percussion is incomparable. I love how Home Free keeps a lot of their video environments simple--allows the focus to be on the message and their incredible acapella vocals. Just amazing harmonies❣️🎼🥰🎶❤️ #HomeFree #HomeFreeDoesChristmasBest
This is so very awesome! The bass you heard was Adam Chance. He took over for Tim while Tim was singing higher. In my opinion this is the best version of this song I have heard. Love your reaction!
Wow!, such a great party for my ears, they are happy 😂. I love this song, this performance, their voices and more specifically Austin Brown's. Nice reaction Saeed, take care 👋
This is my favorite version of this song ever. I love hearing Tim in the lead for much of this. Since it's the season, you might want to check out some songs from Home Free's new album, especially the very touching "The Greateat Gifts" written by Tim, and "Let Me Come Home" written by Adam Bastien (very powerful message, but sad).
There are now 3 Adam’s in the group Adam Rupp, Adam Chance and their new high tenor Adam Bastien ( bass like the fish -Teen ) Adam B’s debut video was Something To Talk About ( Bonnie Raitt cover ) then I Still Believe In You. ( Vince Gill cover Home Free just released a new Christmas album called Any Kind Of Christmas and 5 videos off the album so far. The Thanksgiving Song Hark! The Herald Angels Sing Let Me Come Home ( Adam Bastien original tissues maybe needed) The Greatest Gifts Of All ( Tim original tissues maybe needed) Santa Clause Is Coming To Town ( very hilarious unhinged chaotic video😂😂😂)
This is my favorite HomeFree Christmas song. Austin always has such a beautiful voice and continues on with solo work now. He just released "Defying Gravity." A new release for him with his same beautiful vocals. But Bastien is an amazing talent in his own right with a beautiful song called "Let Me Come Home. " Dont know if you've reacted to it, but it is fantastic. Bring tissues. I also love the interesting sounds that Adam R. made in this song.😂 🎄🎅
This is one of my very favorites by them. They have quite a few Christmas songs with Austin still with them. All beautiful and some hysterical 😊. Everyone has their own favorite acapella group, and they all bring something great to the table. I love this group with Austin still there. I miss his voice with them, I won't lie about that. However, I follow his channel and he's doing great out there. Thank you, Saeed for reacting to them. Much love to you and your family ❤️ 🫂.
I discovered your channel about a month ago and it has Rapidly become my favorite. I really like seeing you react (for the First time) to music I grew up listening to. It seems we have similar taste in music. It's like I'm listening to music with an old friend. Keep up the good work and thank you.
I didn't know if you could top the Pentatonix version, but this is right up there with it. Love them both. There are now 3 Adams. You need to check out their other Christmas ones they just dropped. Santa clause is coming to town is hilarious
Mark Lowreys version is great, he wrote Mary Did You Know. He used to sing with the Gaithers. Bill and Gloria Gaither " OH Holy Night" featuring David Phelps is GREAT for Christmas. David is wearing a green sweater in the video.
I love this version but I also really love the live version done by the writer of the song Mark Lowry you can see and hear his love for the son of God clearly.
I don't think you can find a bad a capella cover of this song. Impossible for me to pick a favorite, but I sometimes lean towards Voctave, a lesser-known a capella group; they sing this with Mark Lowry, who WROTE the song!
I'm not sure what you mean when you say this was when Adam Rupp was still with the group. He's still with them / their beat boxer. Maybe you meant to say Austin Brown? Anyway, thanks for reacting.
Thank you, Debbie and Saeed. This is very nice. You should check out this, one of the many versions done by the author of the song. Voctave feat. Mark Lowry, Mary, Did You Know ruclips.net/video/uaRpeMT1tjQ/видео.html
They are good but you must try this one. It is from Voctave and features vocals by Mark Lowry, who wrote the song. ruclips.net/video/uaRpeMT1tjQ/видео.html
HF just released "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" and "You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch" with the newest Adam member! Happy to see the more playful side of them that they are known for along with awesome harmonies!🤠
I really enjoy Home Free, but listen to Pentatonix' version. See which one you like but I know which one I go for. ruclips.net/video/ifCWN5pJGIE/видео.html
There are only so many Christmas carols, and then there is the problem of whether it can be adapted for a capella. Everyone who sings Christmas songs is covering a song done by countless others (who are also covering the song). The trick is to make it yours without ruining the song. And should we condemn PTX for covering Mark Lowery's original? (Who, IMO, sings it best?)
Really? There are maybe 25-50 (or generously up to 100ish) well know and well-loved Christmas songs that 'everyone' knows, that's why have there been thousands of versions of LIttle Drummer Boy or Deck the Halls, Amazing Grace, Rudolph, Angels we have heard on High. etc. Each group puts their own spin on songs, each listener has their own preferences. By your reasoning why should have Pentatonix done the "Mary did you know" as it was written by Mark Lowry and surely his version was all that was needed.
@@gretchenoliver3388 At least be consistent in your criticism. If you are going to whine about HF singing this song, then also whine about PTX singing it as it was originally done by Mark Lowry and there were plenty of songs they could have chosen without recording Mr. Lowry's The complaint about multiple versions can come off as trying to 'protect' PTX from 'competing' with HF version, and they certainly don't need that protection. Both groups are incredibly talented, both versions are beautiful, different and can stand on their own. Why the desire to restrict the public from different interpretations of an artform?

#HomeFree #HomeFreeDoesChristmasBest
Did not expect that voice to come out of that guy at the start! Some great harmonizing! 👍
This is absolutely beautiful. Home Free owns this song and How Great Thou Art in my opinion.
I've listened to this song again and again. I never get tired of it. ❤❤❤
Home Free is perfect for this!
Just beautifully sung.Love Home Free.
This is so very awesome! The bass you heard was Adam Chance. He took over for Tim while Tim was singing higher. In my opinion this is the best version of this song I have heard. Love your reaction!
I prefer this version over Pentatonix. Guess I'm partial to Home Free, my fav a capella group
I prefer Voctave.
Me too! The other groups are okay, but Home Free has that something special.
Wow, Love this Home Free Christmas song. It always brings me to tears.
Wow!, such a great party for my ears, they are happy 😂. I love this song, this performance, their voices and more specifically Austin Brown's. Nice reaction Saeed, take care 👋
Party for the ears indeed. Great description 😄
This is a spectacular version of this song, but am blown away by Voctave with Mark Lowery who wrote the lyrics...angelic!
Another great request from Debbie. We must be kindred spirits.😊

My favorite version of this song. I love their older Christmas songs as well as the newest ones. Thanks for the Home Free reactions.

Heavenly beautiful! 😢❤
Instantly adding that to my christmas list!
Yes, Mary did know!
Wow! Never knew this song. Loved it!
This is absolutely beautiful ❤🎉
A total of three Adams, currently.
I am wondering if Tim & Rob are getting concerned? Or, thinking of changing their names to Adam, too? 🤣😂🤣 Sounds like an Adam takeover! LOL!
Debbie, you must be my doppelganger. Every song that you request is one I love. Keep it up! Thanks for your review!

They did an amazing job with this one. I wasn't expecting it when Tim started singing, and it gave me chills from the start!
So beautiful.
Simply the best ... love these guys !

You should listen to the version with Mark Lowrey and Voctave. Exceptional
Yes Austin is in this video
I love this version but I also really love the live version done by the writer of the song Mark Lowry you can see and hear his love for the son of God clearly.
My gavorite version
BEST A CAPELLA GROUP !!! Three Adams now , two then BEFORE AUSTIN left !
❤❤❤❤❤
❤️❤️❤️❤️
The version I enjoy most is by Kenny Rogers and Wynonna Judd (1996)
This is a great rendition of this song. You need to listen to Mark Lowry sing this song. He is the one who wrote the song.
You should listen to Voctave with Mark Lowry. Mark wrote the lyrics for this song.
Kenny Rogers did a recording of this song also
Adam Rupp is still in HomeFree and Austin left and Adam Bastien come on board so 3 Adams...Rupp. Chance and Bastien.
Oh, right! I was confusing him with Chris Rupp.
Thanks for reminding me
I don't think you can find a bad a capella cover of this song. Impossible for me to pick a favorite, but I sometimes lean towards Voctave, a lesser-known a capella group; they sing this with Mark Lowry, who WROTE the song!

I would love to hear you react to "Sherry" by the four seasons.
Just beautiful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻They were'nt singing about Brian, were they? 😂
He would deny it, if it was 😄
@SaeedReacts. 🤣🤣
You have to listen to Penteonix version!!!! ❤ It's amazing
Love this song! Nicely done, but my fave rendition is Pentatonix.
You need to react to the original by The Gaither Vocal Band featuring Mark Lawry who wrote the song.
Thanks for the recommendation!
Beautiful! ❤
Random request: Please react to America, by Simon and Garfunkel. Amazing lyrics!
Thanks for the recommendation ! Will add it to my list.
I hope you also react to Pentatonix’s version. It’s stunning. I’m not dissing this version at all. It’s very different and deserves a listen.

Please react to The Avett Brothers song No Hard Feelings. You love lyrics, I love lyrics, so I love your reaction channel!
Thanks for the kind words and recommendation!
Pentatonixs version is the best.
HF just released "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" and "You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch" with the newest Adam member! Happy to see the more playful side of them that they are known for along with awesome harmonies!🤠
As far as I'm concerned we have one too many Adam's but that's just my opinion.
PENTATONIX version is much better. Just sayin. Listen to it and YOU decide.❤
I really enjoy Home Free, but listen to Pentatonix' version. See which one you like but I know which one I go for. ruclips.net/video/ifCWN5pJGIE/видео.html
Why are they singing all the songs the Pentatonix did??? There are plenty of songs to go around.
There are only so many Christmas carols, and then there is the problem of whether it can be adapted for a capella. that sounds like plenty to choose from that the Pentatonix have not recorded.
