Really good videos and drills - best on youtube thank you! One question please - I'm coach for a very small men's club I have only 18-20 players and a goalie at training but the problem is such a range of skills. I have 7-8 really strong players and tbh the rest would be more like your 5th team players or up coming juniors..
If I set rondo up with mix of ability it just falls apart because of a weak link in skill levels the better players want/need intensity - should I put the weaker players all together only, but then they will not progress. (the weaker old players I've got are probably not goign to really improve but the young weaker players need something more.
One other thing be really good if you did a few good shooting drills where there is not too much standing around waiting to take shot, many thanks!! Great vids!

Is it just you or do you have someone else coaching. I think it's fine to split them up as long as at times you include them all together (in the same session). The rondos will make them progress due to the number of touches on the ball and when they make bad decisions just ask them if they had the same opportunity again, what would they differently and they grow rapidly

Take a look at Etienne over @fieldhockeyeducation. I've found his videos very useful and he has some great shooting exercises. Also I have a subscription to performance hockey coaching (get your club to buy a membership for you...it's super cheap) and there's tons of good stuff to help you
