Dough:
1. 1 Bag 16 oz glutionous rice flour
2. 1/4 Cup rice flour
3. 2 Cup warm water
Filling:
1. 1 Cup palm sugar
2. 2 Tablespoon water
3. 1/2 Teaspoon salt
4. 1 1/2 Cup freshly grated coconut
Banana leaves & steam for 30 minutes.

What is the measurement of rice flour?
My filling hardened like candy when it cooled and my dough was really sticky and I am about to wrap them in the leaves but I've never done it before. I'm scared lol
