      this is not any where in books, all details can't be find, i get this data with my seniors, and also practically mold designed with this formulae.... thanks for your comment..

      it is young modulus of steel, a lil' bit it will change as per different type of steel /p20/2316 etc , but negligible change so, we can consider constant for calculation

      its a experienced, practical formula which is based on inertia of cross-section of beam, and 64 is constant for guide pillar, we can't change it
