    Sir does injection pressure depends on resin material or size of part ??
    So opening pressure of resin will be independent of size of the component ??
    What is the relation between injection pressure and opening pressure of resin ??

    • @VindyCAD
      @VindyCAD  4 года назад +1

      I tried to explain the same..
      Injection pressure is fully depend on
      volume of passage from nozzle to cavity impression.
      Here in cavity impression,if there is less thin wall than injection pressure and opening pressure both raises.
      always Opening pressure is the pressure started acting once the impression is full and still plastic tring to enter impression. So always moul impression filled 90% with injection pressure remaining will be filled with hold on pressure so that to avoid mould opening and sharp edges on parting line.
      I hope my answer satisfied you.

    • @VindyCAD
      @VindyCAD  4 года назад +1

      Injection pressure depends on
      Material type
      Material MFI
      Material temperature
      Mould temperature
      RPM of screw
      Runner gate size.
      Wall thickness of impression.
      Etc.

      @@VindyCAD my question is, how can we determine mold opening pressure or injection pressure?

    • @VindyCAD
      @VindyCAD  4 года назад +1

      Ok i got it..
      Injection pressure thing it's usually can't be calculated because it varies part to part..
      It increases when..
      Wall thickness reduced.
      Using hard material.
      Low melt temp
      Low mould temp
      Low MFi
      No air vent.
      Small cross section / gate
      It reduces when
      Wall thickness is optimum.
      Temp of melt and mould is high
      Using Dia of reciprocating screw.
      RPM of screw is more(material shearing is more)
      Good air vent.
      So it can't be calculated by formula refer this chart
      drive.google.com/file/d/1u8WpQX57zaGnoM_zTB0z_KxQMIC5wUfl/view?usp=drivesdk
      Good to answer your questions.

    Hello Sir I have few questions to you please reply.
    1. If give same heat to amorphous plastic material and semi crystalline material then which one have higher viscosity and lower viscosity . For example if give 200°c temperature for both of them which one has low viscosity.
    2 Generally which one is more viscous because A very important property for choosing a particular thermoplastic is the melt flow index, especially in the case of polyolefins and styrene. The higher the flow rate, the lower the viscosity of the polymer and vice versa.

    • @VindyCAD
      @VindyCAD  4 года назад

      Its all depends on MFI Nowadays raw material specification are available at both end and uniq material available.,
      Like clear ABS available.. crystallization of material has been improved to reduce cycle time..,
      And MFI available wide range..so it's difficult to answer.

    • @VindyCAD
      @VindyCAD  4 года назад

      Both amorphous and semi crystalline and crystalline available with different MFI..as per you application you can choose.. nowadays there is minimum restrictions over raw material

    Sir , I have a question on FOS ...at last minute of Ur video I got some confusion. That 32-125 tonnage is machine minimum and maximum tonnage right ? Or we can set from 32 ton to 125 ton for that mould in any machine ? I need ur explanation

    • @VindyCAD
      @VindyCAD  4 года назад +1

      Thank you satish kumar for asking question.
      The third stage of calculation sets limit -/+
      You can't go below 32T (least required tonnage)
      You can't go beyond 125T ( maximum tonnage)
      Choose any machine between 33-125
      In this condition you Can choose mean value for better function.( Not more not less)
      Mean value= 32+125=157T / 2
      = 78.5 T
      So go for 80T

    • @sathishkumars1015
      @sathishkumars1015 4 года назад

      So the actual tonnage for that mould is 25T ..we can set the mould in the machine in the range between 32- 125T .am I right?

    • @VindyCAD
      @VindyCAD  4 года назад +1

      Without FOS tonnage is 25 T .( Not to say tonnage without FOS)
      Always consider machine tonnage with FOS..
      Choose machine Tonnage is in between 32-125T. ( Best is considering mean value 80 T)

    How to calculate required plastic pressure to fill cavity and required cylinder size for slide plz. Urgently tell me thanks

    • @VindyCAD
      @VindyCAD  4 года назад

      Brother usually it don't calculated.
      It depends on below factors.
      1) Raw material
      2) MFi
      3 ) wall thickness
      4) part geometry
      5) runner @ & gate size
      6) temperature
      7) mould design
      If there is deviations above factors you cant calculate.
      So some standards chart prepared mean injection pressure follow that only

    • @PuranSingh-ih7lc
      @PuranSingh-ih7lc 4 года назад

      But hydrolic cylinder should calculated by max plastic pressure to withstand slide

    • @VindyCAD
      @VindyCAD  4 года назад +2

      Brother there no relationship between injection pressure and slides cylinders..as wedge will protect slides in closed condition while injection..
      Make slide element strong that's it..

    • @VindyCAD
      @VindyCAD  4 года назад

      It's 20% or more so you need to add 20% to 24.9

      I hope you understood

    • @VindyCAD

      Simple 25 % means 25/100 = .25 correct now you have to add this so generally we should multiply 1 times with .25 so 1.25 ..try if it's 75 % you should multiply 1.75 ..easy
